My family had the Worst experience yesterday night at your KP outlet.

Highly unprofessional Unwilling to serve Argumentative Misbehaving continuously was displaying a super indecent body language in terms of a non- service oriented attitude. serving very very lesss scoop to our children and members who were accompanying us.

Please note- We had come to offer a birthday treat to my family along with a senior citizen but Umar's behavior was atrocious. We were regular visitors to your outlet but not anymore. We are SADDENED BY THE EXPERIENCE. Owners, please hire people judiciously and offer the post to those who really need it and who respect work. Am a corporate professional and I understand the essence of customer service. If you want to retain your brand value, please take the required steps to coach your staff. Yesterday was my family's last visit to your ice- cream shop. We had the worst experience of our lifetime in terms of the non- service oriented attitude displayed by your staff member Umar Sheikh.

Meridian Ice-cream has become my go-to spot for ice cream, right after Naturals. What I particularly love is how creamy, smooth, and full of flavour the ice cream is.

I highly recommend their chocolate-based options, as they are my personal favourites over the fruity ones. My top picks are the Mississippi Mud, Malt Magic, Biscoff, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Brownie.

A great feature is the option to choose two different scoops for your order. However, be aware that the seating area can feel quite cramped, especially when there's a rush of customers. Also, price can vary as some ice creams are priced more compared to other.

Parking can be a hassle for both...

I visited someday visited at meridian store kondhwa that was very bad experience for me but yesterday I visited koregaon park meridian store at morning there was a very nice staff he greet me proper like hallo mam welcome to meridian and i am shocked because you visit any meredian store no anyone greet and suggest properly , he also suggest me to try their best flavours and also try brownie burst flavour that was amazing taste and that only possible because of a honest and polite guy...it was great visit and experience for us .....plzzz always visit meridian korepgaon park to get better service...
