@s.a.dosacafe located at Karve Road, near Garware College is undoubtedly one of the best places in Pune to offer South Indian breakfast. They have wide range of dosas to offer ranging from traditional ones to few fusion creations which are literally becoming talk of the food town.
Ambiance of the place is aesthetically pleasing. This cozy little cafe has a classy & lavish ambiance indoor & outdoor seating is designed to give you a complete village type vibes with wooden chairs & sod roof & trees surrounding the cafe adds a different feel altogether. Place is decorated with an amazingly beautiful paintings drawn by Sneha Diware. @snehafineartist I must say I am a fan of your beautiful paintings. Overall place has a really feel good vibe to it & is the perfect place to be, be it you wanna go out with your friends or even for a lovely date. In order to show gratitude & utmost respect towards soldiers of our Indian Army they offer anything from their pocket friendly menu at zero cost. Hats off to S A DOSA CAFE for being the only cafe in town to do this & taking such a great initiative.

In Frame : Creamy Cheesy Schezwan Dosa
Loaded with cheese, mayonise & veggies this cylindrical shaped dosa served with schezwan sauce is one of the finest fusion food creation. Flavours are well balanced with spicy masala dosa, loads of cheese & schezwan sauce. Experience the pure bliss as you take a bite & dosa will just melt in your mouth
Presenting to you one of the best creation in the world of fusion foods 'Cheese Burst Pizza Dosa' This is definitely one such creation which will fool you at first glance.
Served in a wooden pizza pan this pizza ( or dosa, or both 😄 ) is something to die for. Crazy combination of all time favorite south indian dosa & Italian pizza. If you are like me who prefers thin pizza crust then you will love it for sure. Slightly thick dosa is used as a base maintaining a perfect level of softness & crisp which is then topped with loads of veggies & generous amount of cheese.
Highly Recommended 😋😍❤️ more appiness Of The Summer 😋😍❤️
In Frame : Dryfruit Thick Mango Shake
In the world of artificial flavors & sweetners it is rare to find a place which will give you a mango shake loaded with actual mango pulp. I am glad I finally found one. Loads of dryfruits are placed at the bottom then glass is filled with refreshing mango pulp & garnished with dryfruits again. Mango shake is so thick that you you will have to use a spoon. This yummylicious glass of healthy & tasty & refreshing mango shake will literally give you such a soothing feeling that you cannot stop yourself from...

Read moreThis new cosy place on Karve Road is here to change your definition of dosas and a variety of combination that accompany it. The fusion they have got in dosa was with a motive to get street food on your plate in a healthier way. Along with traditional dosas they serve some hatke dosas like pav bhaji dosa, napoleon sandwich dosa, cheese pizza and more. Even though the place is all about dosas still to quench your thrist they have some amazing drinks too.
The fusion twists are so well implemented that the basic essence of the dosa, which for me is the crispness wasn't lost. Inspite of the filling & cheese the dosa was still crispy. And, the rates are pretty pocket friendly. Dosa starts from just Rs 34. Indeed this place won't pinch your pocket much but at the same time you're tummy won't regret being here 😉😊
Things we tried here - *Thick Rabri Shake *Thick Mango Shake Both the shakes were extraordinarily yummy and rich. Both had distinct taste and texture of its own. Rabri one stole my heart though!
*Virjin Mojito, this was a Indian version of popular Mojito. This one had jal jeera like taste. Few suggestions were given to the owners on this one.
*Creamy Cheese Schezwan Dosa, a nice cheesy and spicy dosa. The cheese balanced the spiciness of schezwan chutney. Cream Cheese was literally oozing out of the dosa. #mouthwatering
*Napoleon Sandwich Dosa, when sandwich got a dosa makeover. The filling was just sufficient to give this dosa the sandwich feel. #MustTry
*Pizza Dosa, didn't feel like the pizza base was made from dosa batter. Base was nice thin, moist, soft and fluffy. It was like having a normal thin crust pizza at any other normal pizza place. The toppings and cheese did the required wonders. It was superbly done.
*Chocolate Dosa, crispy dosa made with a special batter nice thin, crunchy and topped with just right amount of chocolate sauce. Not very sweet, just perfect and super crunchy.
Overall, yet to try more fusions with dosa especially the pav bhaji ones. Can't wait to...
