The Burger Barn Cafe — Restaurant in Pune

How could you be this bad guys? Honestly, I wanna give a negative star rating here Here's what went wrong today when I went out with 4 of my friends to this place. The waiters, extremely indifferent and ignorant to the customers, mind you, we were the only customers in this place at that time. They were not able to even remember our orders properly, and why do you even need to remember? Just write it down guys? Anyways, the service was super slow. We waited for quite a while for our orders and when it came in, it was pathetic, let's put it this way, the tender chicken was drier than.. y'all know what comes here. We ordered 4 starters and they basically sent out different variations of besan pakodas with fillings, I mean, bro why even? Well it was manageable by the fact that the quantity was WORSE than the quality. Next, we liked a seasoning on one of the starters, it was fried garlic, and we asked for a refill on that, and these guys were not ready to give that to us, called the chef out who was extremely arrogant and blatantly refused, we offered to pay and he said he would charge us for the entire dish, do you realise its a seasoning guys? Anyways, next came main course and that's when it all went from idiotic to horrendous. They had a burger with bacon in it but it had double chicken patty so I asked for a single serving of that, they simply refused. I was ready to pay the full amount for that, still no heed. All 5 of us ordered burgers anyway, 4 of us received a wrong order. We asked for specifically no tomatoes, we had tomatoes all over, we asked for spring onions, they put fried onions. We asked for jalapenos, no sign of those, and the worst of all, that double chicken patty burger which I was forced to order did not have bacon in it, I mean how can you make something so bad, literally just read your own menu guys.

Add to that, the constant noise of some chimney ducts and uncomfortable seating, this was all in all, MY WORST LUNCH EXPERIENCE IN PUNE. Outright arrogant, horrendous, terrible, pathetic and unfortunate customer experience, Even a roadside tapri serving tea has a better experience...

During my first visit to THE BURGER BARN CAFE, I tried their White Pasta and found it to be quite enjoyable in terms of taste. However, it was during my second visit that I encountered some issues. We arrived at 5 pm, and while the place wasn't too crowded, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon entering, we noticed dust on the tables, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly. The floor also had remnants of paper and smoke ash.

What added to the disappointment was the lackluster service. For the initial 10-15 minutes, the staff seemed oblivious to the need for cleaning. The waiter, instead of attending to customers, was engrossed in a casual conversation with others near the bar counter. This lack of attention and professionalism contributed to a less-than-pleasant atmosphere.

On this particular occasion, we decided to keep our order simple, opting for Sweet Lime Soda and Onion Rings crispy. Unfortunately, the items failed to impress, leaving us with a sense of dissatisfaction. The overall experience left us hesitant to order more, and we eventually decided against it.

The size of the establishment is worth noting—it's average, neither too spacious nor cramped. Despite the issues encountered during this visit, I am open to giving THE BURGER BARN CAFE another chance. If future visits showcase improvements in cleanliness and service, I may consider updating my review...

Have visited this place 2 times now and had a decent experience at this places ,just sharing what we felt Ambiance - The cafe is located inside one of the lanes at FC road with both indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangement ,if you are a sports fan just walk inside right away...The place screens all major sports tournament

Starters - we tried at this places is basically in finger foods such as

Barn Cheesy Fries - Normal fries with cheese shredded over , nothing too exclusive and would recommend to go with normal fries instead

Barn Ultimate Fries - A bit overpriced but better option compared to cheesy fries ,served with melted cheese,mayonise and spices ,tasted better

Potato wedges - Decent taste and well cooked

Burgers Grilled chicken Burger - Juicy and crunchy well prepared and certainly recommended Mexican Chicken Burger - another good offering with juicy burger and nachos toped giving a crunchy feel in every bite Italiano chicken Burger - Chicken well cooked served with a layer of melted cheese and sauce ,decent to try out Desi grilled chicken Burger - decent to taste with indian spices and grilled patty

Moctails /Coolers Mango fizz ,Virgin Mojito were pretty good Blueberry Fizz - was average to our liking Liquor available of limited choices and...
