It was our first Visit to Sattvik and I must say it was an overwhelming experience. Right from the cosy interiors to the Courteous staff to Delicious food, Sattvik has won our heart. We heard so much about their WINTER THALI and it was a soul satisfying meal. We started with Golgappe platter and Aaloo Tikki Platter and loved the Presentation and Taste. It was such a pleasant Kickstarter to the lunch and tantalized our taste buds. Next we ordered their mocktails Moksha and Orange Blueberry Spritzer along with MUSHROOM Galouti which is highly recommended here. Mouth melting Galoutis served on mini parantha was outstanding. MOKSHA served in a Watermelon shell is a refreshing drink that can't be missed here. We wanted to try more starters, but we didn't want to miss the appetite for Winter Thali. It's a complete course thali including soup, starters, mains, breads, accompaniments and desert. Loved everything especially the Grilled Malai Brocolli, Sarson ka saag n makki roti, Gajar Shalgam Achaar, Kalaunji Baingan and Daal Halwa. It was such a filling and delicious meal and I am coming back soon and enjoying this Thali before the season ends. It was a lovely lunch and we loved the entire experience. Coming back soon

Sattvik, which is located inside the Select Citywalk mall in Saket is such a wonderful fine-dine restaurant to go and enjoy some of the most wonderful delicacies around. Been some-time that I've been looking forward to visiting this place and I'm glad, finally, I did. For starters, we ordered gol-gappas and their awesome vegetarian platter along with a pineapple based drink that was such a refresher in this hot Delhi summer. The vegetarian platter was absolutely mouth-watering and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Next, for the mains, we ordered their dhuandhar dal makhani and Jodhpuri paneer, both of which were such a surprise, since, frankly, I was a little skeptical with the names but the food turned out to be awesome! We also enjoyed a paneer naan along with the daal makhani and paneer. I loved their drinks so much that I ended up ordering another watermelon based drink named 'Moksha' which was perfect to go along with the food. In simple words, my overall experience at Sattvik was amazing and I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking for great vegetarian food and a superb ambience.

The restaurant has a very elite vibe as soon as you enter it, despite it being amidst other outlets in the mall. However, it is at the same time noisy and the seating is quite congested. You can hear conversations across different tables. The servings are pure veg and in sufficient quantities. The waiters are accommodating to change the meal as per preferences and they serve quickly. Presentation is on point; however, the plates are not changed unless asked - neither is the consumed empty platters cleared unless asked. Coming to the order, we ordered gol gappa tray (which was decent but they didn’t have atta ones which is a bummer); we also went for hakka noodles (they were delicious and perfect), and lastly we ate ahaar thali (absolutely a steal if you want to taste everything on the menu - paneer moksha, missi roti, raita, paan ice cream were the best part of the thali). Nirvana drink was so-so (my suggestion: introduce more options) The experience overall is quite relaxing and calm. Thanks, Saatvik :)

Sattvik is a pure vegetarian restaurant located in Select city walk mall, Saket. They offer really good vegetarian options. In starters I ordered Aloo Amaranth Tikki. It was good in taste but texture was little hard so it was difficult to break. In main course we ordered Paneer Jaisalmeri. It is paneer green peas pinwheel in tomato gravy and along with I ordered a stuffed Kulcha and a cheese naan. The taste of paneer and Kulcha was really good, but the taste of cheese naan was out of this world. In drinks I ordered a Moksha mocktail which is made of watermelon juice, blueberries and Ice cream and it was served in an actual Watermelon. I just loved the presentation and the taste was also delicious. The seating is also really comfortable. I loved their decor, ambience and Atmosphere.

We explored the 'Yukta Aahar' thali, which offered a mixed experience. The Paneer Moksha stood out with its delightful taste, while the Palak Corn Masala fell short, lacking flavor. The Dal Makhni was decent, and the Raita earned approval. Unfortunately, the Gulab Jamun and 'Bhutta Kebab' didn't meet expectations. On the positive side, the drinks, especially the 'Homemade Thandai' and 'Nirvana,' impressed with both taste and presentation. We also tried their 'Upside Down Raj Kachori,' which, despite a refreshing taste, had a minor discrepancy – avocado was listed in the ingredients, but only a few small cubes were used for plating. However, it's worth noting that everything was overpriced, and I anticipated more flavors in the food that were unfortunately missing.
