Longest Waiting Times 20 minutes in the waiting area before being seated 15 minutes for an attendant to take my order 45 minutes to receive the first dish out of 3 ordered Each dish arrived at 20-40 minute intervals Main course never arrived, even after 75 minutes of waiting
Poor Service No one attended to pouring water Severe lack of wait staff (2 waiters for 17 tables) No uniforms worn by waiters, indicating a lack of professionalism
Menu Options Not Available Many options listed on the menu were unavailable on a peak Sunday (15-Jun-25, 15:00 IST)
Disorganization and Lack of Responsibility The restaurant's inability to manage orders and provide timely service was evident
Food : Not so great, foul smelling of sea food lack of cleaning.
Given the poor experience, I cancelled my main course and paid for what I had consumed. It's disheartening to see a well-known restaurant struggle with basic service standards.
