Hotel ApoorvaA {pure veg} — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I visited Apoorva for dinner after shopping in Chennai Silks, the place was full and one table was getting freed so we were asked to sit there. The person who took the order was lethargic and rude. I asked him to clean the table, he didn't bother to listen, said again, he said someone will come, wait, but no one came.

He took the order for food, after asking multiple times, we got served water. I asked the same person to add a juice to the order, he said, when your food comes, you tell to that person. He was just standing there, not ready to move, if some waiter passes by him, he was asking them to get the orders he was taking.

The food came, the juice didn't come till after we asked for the bill. The juice was billed, but never came, after seeing juice in the bill, they hurriedly prepared and gave the juice.

But by that time, when we got up to wash out hands, the same person asked some other people waiting for the table to sit. We literally had to stand and have the juice and pay the bill.

They were behaving as if this is some annadanam center where they are serving free food.

Avoid this place...

I recently had lunch with my wife and daughter at Approva Restaurant in Chromepet (Chennai Silks), and we had a wonderful experience. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and we truly enjoyed every dish.

Had a pleasant experience at Annapoorna Hotel near Chrompet Chennai Silks. With big parking .
