My grandfather and my dad used to buy the "Japanese" cakes from here. After almost a decade I got to come here and buy the cakes. It was a taste of nostalgia for me and honestly, nothing has changed about the place.

The taste has unfortunately not been the same. Although I don't remember, my father said it used to taste much better earlier and now it has lost its glory. However, I still found it as good as always.

They have specials displayed in the store however when customer ask the response is finished will be available later. If the customers go later as they advised the price will be not special have to pay nornal price.

If the customer asks why then the response is that only limited quantity on special looks bit dodge not sure why they have to tell the customers that it will be available in the evening?

Ayyar & Co in R.S.Puram is so famous and it's been here for more than 20 years.

The shop has been renovated and it looks good now. The staffs are so welcoming and they do not make their customers to wait.
