It's a normal eatery that u find at many places.i have been eating here for the past 8+ years(though not regularly). After covid lockdown, they have started non-veg dishes like chicken, fish, prawns rice at night time. Veg fried rice is also there but am not sure if separate vessel is used for cooking it. However, non-veg gravy is kept at a distance from chutney, sambar. You can get normal tiffins like idli, dosa, onion dosa, podi dosa, chapathi, parotta,OMLET, Kothu parota(with/without egg)-etc at night time. You can get idli, pongal, Puri, (medhu, masala)vada, aappam in morning time. Puri 'masala' tastes good. Medhu vada also will be nice.I like morning tiffins than dinner.. There are two branches – one in Mount Road and another in Anna Nagar – both consistently affordable and fast. The food is hygienic to a good extent, though the only drawback is the open chutney and sambhar containers. Having lids or a person to serve would really improve the cleanliness.
Overall, a solid choice for budget-friendly, tasty South...
