Don't get me wrong. This place is amazing. The vibe is lovely, service is great. The ice creams are the best I've had. Creamy af and so healthy cause everything is made from raw natural organic fruits every day. It's totally fresh. Even the waffles and sandwiches are great. Has an American Cafe vibe.

Now coming to the cons: The security is trash, valet parking is kinda annoying and so much traffic accumulates and people start honking and even a fight broke out because the security doesnt regulate traffic and valets are too slow. I parked my car in their drive way and went to get ice cream with my family. Have been here like 9 times. And everytime I loved the place. But this time came at like 10:30 pm. Parked my brand new car in the 1 slot they had available. And left. Despite asking the security to take care of my car since it was new. When I came back there were 2 deep scratches made on the right side. I asked him and he simply said idk sir. Since it was late night I came with my family for an occasion I didn't want a create a scene and just left. I also saw ppl literally keeping hands on my car and standing as if they own it. Please don't bring expensive new cars here. If you do leave it in the road. It's much safer than their outlet. And then I called them the other day to check cctv. They said they'll get back but never did. I'm just so deeply upset and frustrated that this happened. To the les amis owner: please tighten security and people to protect vehicles. Your outlet is in one of the most posh areas of chennai. And most of us who come here are rich and have expensive vehicles. We'd appreciate it if you could have proper security and more people to protect customer vehicles.

Another CON: The beverages here are priced so high. Totally not worth it. I'm ready to pay even 500 bucks for a coffee if it's worth it. They charged me 370 rs for a cold coffee but the quantity was so less. Like just see the picture I've attached. Even Starbucks charges comparatively less considering the quantity these people gave. And the proces they put on the board were b4 taxes it seems. That's just kinda unfair and atleast it should be indicated in the board that it's b4 taxes.

Their ice cream, waffles and sandwich pricings are still costly for a normal person but worth it for the quality and quantity.. Their beverage pricing are just so damn high and completely not worth it. Doesn't make sense at all why there is such a huge difference in pricing..

If not for the bad security and extremely weird high beverage pricing this place is...

First of all this place was too much hyped. And no respect from most of the staffs. If you want respect the dress up porch. First I was ordering the gelato. I wanted to try them before getting it but no one seems to be cared about us. They were focusing only on the people who dressed up nice. Seriouslyyyy I don’t get it. I pay for it, I’m not getting it for free I deserve the same respect as others. And most of their flavors was not that impressive too much hype. Tried their veg quiche was a terrible one. Not worth the price. Then I went to order coffee. It was very clear that the girl in the counter was not impressed by my clothes. I didn’t mind it. I ordered one “cappuccino extra hot” that girl said “one cappuccino with espresso shot” I repeated my order and she said “there’s no cappuccino with extra hot, you might heard it wrong, it should be a cappuccino with expresso shot you might have heard it wrong” and I said “I don’t want it cold so that’s why I’m asking extra hot” she said “there’s also cold cappuccino, I can give you that” I was like really I’m asking for extra hot and you gonna give me a cold cappuccino? Looking at me she thought I would have never seen cappuccino. I used to live in US for 10 years In US we used to order cappuccino with extra hot juz Bcz they ll be adding cold milk to it so it becomes less hot. We like it to be really hot so we ask for extra hot. Then I juz ordered what was juz there. While billing my order she had a sarcastic laugh which was very rude to do it to a customer. Such a worst place this is. And coming to the coffee it was not hot as I expected. Didn’t say anything, Juz had my coffee and left with a bad experience. Too much crowded, no place to accommodate people Rude staffs Poor...
