Worst customer service!

I was quite a regular at this place back in 2015-2016. I’ve ordered cakes for other occasions as well.

This time around I wanted to order a few cupcakes for my sister’s birthday with a delivery option. Contacted them via all possible modes and checked with them if they could deliver it to my sisters place or if I should find another baker. They promised me that they will deliver it and so I waited! The next day when I contacted them to finalize the order they neither responded to my calls nor messages. A clear correspondence that you cannot fulfill the order due to so and so reasons would have been better than just keeping me in the dark without any responses.

Is this how you treat a customer who chose to trust you over all the other bakers in town to send a cake to my sister on a special occasion like her birthday?

It was a total last minute disaster and I had to run around trying to find another baker. It was such a mess.

Never promise something to a customer if you cannot fulfill it!

Utterly disappointed with the delivery, I had set the delivery time as 11am-12pm. All the guests had arrived and everyone was waiting but the Birthday cake didn't arrive. We tried to contact the shop but at first they said they dispatched the cake but they didn't pickup the subsequent calls. So we waited for the guy to arrive with cake. The guests left and the party got called off, thanks to the delivery guy who was probably fooling around with his friends instead of doing his job. The cake arrived at around 2:00pm but only the devastated Birthday girl was present who wasn't even in the condition to celebrate. Totally ruined a good birthday celebration. Never ordering here again. Don't risk your most important moments in life by trusting...

The Cupcake Company is the Outstanding and Pranab made such a beautiful delicious cake, they are very understanding as well helpful by giving beautiful ideas ,they did a fantastic Job and delivery was very punctal with a marvelous service, I recommend The cupcake company to everyone in Chennai and me being in NewYork and they have coordinated the delivery with an amazing way. The cake is damn delicious as well the cupcakes came with yummy variety of flavors 🎂🌟🙏🌟🙏🌟🙏🌟🙏🙏🌟 thank you again guys again unconditionally...
