New place in T Nagar neighborhood.. Just opened and we were one of the early birds for dinner.. Myself and my mom decided to try this place after Roopa Mk suggestion.. Later she joined us too after me tempting her with pics..

Tried vegetarian pizzas.. One Potato pizza Regular and Classic Couple size.. Regular is good for 2 good eaters.. Couple is for 3 good eaters as they claim..

The first thing impressed me is their warm "Homely" welcome.. Ambience is neat and simple.. Walls were decorated with NY street water colour doodles.. Comfy spacious tables with open kitchen..

Next their pizza size...very few stick to their menu card promise.. When most of the others say "serves 2", it actually serve 1.. Here they mean it.. So order wisely..

The crust is soft and fresh.. Bit burnt on the edges but not a complaint.. The quality of ingredients were top notch.. I loved the potato pizza where the grilled potato added the real fast food feel.. One of the not so regular pizza that I usually go for.. The Classic pizza got all the veggies a vegetarian crave for.. Crunchy bell peppers added more flavours along with the cheese.. They really used good amount of cheese which actually elevated the taste.. They gave a sauce to go with which I guess a mixture of Tabasco and ketchup for pizza is actually a goes well with their pizza.

The service is some thing which I love to mention.. We were taken care by the people really well and gave us a drink that is in-house. They were attentive yet gave us the privacy we needed.. They are open for feedbacks and I asked them to add a Personal size pizza for second course and for lone visitors which they obliged.. But BIG is their USP..

Since they are new, they are yet to regularise the availability of menu. Shorts eats are yet to be available in weekdays.. No card is accepted as of now..

Overall a satisfying pizza place in the neighborhood which I really craved for long time.. I wish they come out of their toothing issues esp on the availability of menu at the earliest.. Looking forward to taste their other delicacies often.. If they maintain the consistency, then this place will be a sure hit among...

Drove from Pondy to Chennai on a work trip and then was on my way further to Tnagar. As I was passing Tnagar, I thought of a colleague’s suggestion to try this pizzeria. Having being disappointed by almost every pizzeria in several places for the past 17 years (with the sole exception of one magnificent pizza heaven in Chennai).

What a magnificent place it Truly is. The second you step into the door, there is a warm, charming feeling of belonging, the decor is subtle and meaningful and the staff are so kind so welcoming, helpful, witty and friendly. It’s quite amazing how it feels so refreshing to be inside this huge place, and it is so vibrantly several table of people. Everyone is in a mixed state of tranquility, frolic and social wonder. Like in a rare functional family where everyone is having a great time eating and communicating. I was the only one on my phone, but not on social media - I was busy taking pictures of this beautiful place :) no need whatsoever for social media in a place like this. This is a moment of Living!

And the pizza, every pizza coming out of that oven looked Scrumptious and filled the air with freshly baked aromas driving my mind and stomach insane.

I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a whole pizza (the pizza is so heavy). This was so soft, light like breeze flowing through my body. Every single ingredient on my pizza could be tasted and then also the flavors danced together in concert, leaving me in a happy trance for the rest of the day.

If you are driving on Chennai, you just have to make it here. If there’s no seating place, order a pizza to go. You will not regret it. In fact you will be treating your senses to one of the best pizzas in all...

Guys...!! Today i m so so happy to find an authentic newyork style pizzeria finally in our own chennai.

Lina's brick oven newyork pizzeria in venkatnarayan road, just next to the temple if you come from pothy, or it's on your left just a block before the temple if you come from burkit road, run by a passionate couple who has started this after the chef who was working in pizzeria in USA & Korea, a very warm couple with a beautiful kid who has started this with so much of passion and it really shows up in the taste, without a doubt.

We ordered a half of newyork pizza and half of potato pizza in one, and the taste was mind blowing. The important part is the varities of chees they have, that is unimaginable.

The size we ordered was a 12" inches and i was doubtful so i ordered for two pizzas but the chef immediatly said, it will become too much to eat, he could have served two pizzas,but he chose to suggest not to, then i thought of changing it to 15" inches, again he said it will be too big, but this time i didn't adhere to his suggestion, i was stubborn in getting a 15"incher, he smiled and proceeded, i think he was waiting to see the reactions on our faces i suppose, we were at shock if we could finish it when it was served, so so big, beyond what i have seen, but i instantly knew that we will finish it, and ofcourse we did. My son and wife loved it so much just like i did.

I m sure anybody who visits this place will definitly go again and again, and for me being an addict for pizza, i m going to frequent it more and more. Importantly, i really want to see this place bubbling with crowd and enjoy the authentic taste of pizza.

A place worth every single penny you spend...
