I wish I cud have given 5 stars for this.however one time it happened we bought a cake and after reaching house tasted it and it was stale and giving fungal taste.we immediately called and I formed the bakery and we were told dat we wd b given replacement and we went however to our surprise we were asked by the person working there dat he wants the old cake to replace it,like really who keeps a stale cake we just threw it on d day we bought and next day we went to d store.we were asked for a proof and we felt like no belief in customers,we immediately informed to the higher management reg this.and things were sorted and we were given replacement.though the experience was bitter but it ended at right note.pls trust customers and no one wil drive and come for free cake we were regular customers of dat shop and no one told us dat ull have to retain d old cake to get a replacement and it was a surprise for us wen we reached d store.anyways the higher authority responded well .so they care for customers.its not like dat no one cares for customer service.we were having the bill...

The chocolate chip cookies and some of their breads are really good however I am not a fan of their carrot or banana cake .. it felt oily and some weird kind of plasticy taste which I didn’t like at all. The price is also steep but they claim they do not add any preservatives. Also they have a problem keeping track of inventory. They always (ALWAYS) say they don’t have the products which we want to buy and we end up buying what they have available. Must be some trick to get the customers to taste the products that don’t sell well 😜 . Of late they have a practice of forcefully sending whatever they have instead of what we ordered online . Old Madras Baking Company is the real deal when is comes to Authentic French Patisserie. I've had their chicken sandwich, bagels and a selection of blueberry danish, muffins which were indeed tantalizing my tastebuds, it was sinfully delicious to the core.

A little while after finishing I still had some of the pieces of pastry sticking around my fingers and I couldnt help but tilt my head a bit and swirl my tongue between my fingers to get the last drop..
