I am completely disappointed with pathetic food quality what they provide. Ambiance, Far better than the previous shop where they started,But they server fiber plates, rather than normal ones probably reducing the cost. Food quantity and quantity, We ordered nearly 10 items in which there was Malai Kofta and Kaju kofta which cost around 300Rs they only serve 3 koftas in it and when we ordered Veg Biriyani they served a pungent smelly one which we felt was the tomatoes in it was rotten ones. When we asked they to change it, Surprisingly they didn’t, we then ordered Kadai Veg, In which we again felt the rotten tomatoes, this was changed but they ended up putting in lot of Tomato Ketchup to stop the rotten smell, That completely raw. When asked the owner to consider the return of both the dishes he was so rude that he said its not possible. When we insisted he opened the fridge and showed up the main veggies used for making the dishes and asked us to taste and said this is what they use and nothing is rotten. We ended up paying around 2.6k for the WORST PATHETIC FOUL ROTTEN FOOD WE ATE. Well only god can help this restaurants to survive.PLEASE STAY AWAY...
Read morePait pooja is a punjabi style food hotel and same i wanted to try some punjabi food here so i ordered one combo meal ( Combo 3 in the menu ). In that combo we will get 3 Fulka with veg sabji , dal , paneer gravy and small quantity of jeera rice. Overall it was a great food. Their Fulkas were must try one , its so soft and tasty too. The veg sabji and dal taste is so good but panner gravy is not up-to the mark.
Here you will not get hot water and proper AC. They are using only one AC with 4 fans for circulating. At summer season we literally steamed inside the restaurant. And also they are using plastic containers for serving the gravies and starters( Gravies are served hot in plastic use and through containers).
There is no proper billing system , they will give in-hand writing bills. There is no bar code scanning for bill payments.
The service is so poor , the waiters are little bit rude only. Pait pooja ambience are unclean and in the middle of restaurant their stock ( Bottles , plates , plastics and...
Read moreI went there on April 15 2023 for dinner. Its a small but nice place . If you go as a large group, you might have to wait for some time , because there's only one table which can seat 6+ people . 4 people should be fine. The food is good and when compared to other Punjabi hotels like Pind, this place is economical. Phulkas and parathas were good and i especially liked their Kaju koftha🙂. Never eaten that one before and it was really good 👍. Kadai paneer was way more 🔥 spicy than I expected. Better to tell them to upfront , if you don't want that much spicy. They have lassi (many flavours) for dessert, which was ok. Another option is that "Punjabi da beer" which is basically spiced butter milk served in a beer bottle. 1 bottle should be enough for 4 PPL . I got a whole bottle for myself and struggled to drink it all by myself. Plus it's very plain for my taste. Anyway this is a nice place for any one to enjoy a Punjabi dinner at rs 200-300 per...
