Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Went to this place for having a quality time, but I was disappointed in a very different way. When talking about the taste, the momos were really good and the momos were filled with chicken stuffing. Taste wise and quality wise no complaints. But felt that the price was too high and after paying the bill, when I looked into the bill, there awaits a shock. In the bill, for the food I was charged 18% GST amount. When I questioned the same, I received a lame answer that they have a centralized kitchen and they will charge only 18%. I was surprised by the answer. It would be good for the management to explain the reason for charging or to charge only 5% on the bill. They are gaining profit through their unfair trade practices and the customers are least bothered to look into their bill and question back. Finally, this pricing policy of Wow Momo is not ok and cannot be termed as...

If like to say an wholesome review here..

1. Place and Hygiene - able to see small roaches on the walls, chair and tables inside the store, so basically NAY.

2. Price - very expensive for the quality.. NAY..

3. Food Quality - Andhra mess Carrot Beans side dish was stuffed into Veg Momos and steamed.. The vegetables were stale and crunchy, never had such Momos ever in my life so far. Chocolate momo platter, the stuffed brownie has gone bad and tasted worse.. Unable to eat it.

I do not find a problem with the people working in there as they were nice and professional, but except the human qualities everything about this store is bad...

A health concerned person would definitely avoid this branch.(personally I'm gonna avoid WoW Momo franchise as a whole due to the costs)

Bad experience.. certainly not worth the premium cost! Unsure why this place is plagued with flies, which is a major irritant!

Ordered two veg dishes for take away The person at the counter, started picking up momos from a utensil near his feet to steam / re-heat! For the Pan Fried, he first put it in the oil tagged veg and then moved it into the oil tagged non veg All the food items were handled without any gloves

most importantly all this in front of the company staff Sudharshan, Sudheer and Biplab...

If this is happening in front of them, I'm sure all employees across stores are accustomed to this kind of...
