Sri Saravana Bhavan - High Class Veg — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

"I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which claims to be a high-class vegetarian establishment. Unfortunately, the hotel's maintenance and service did not live up to its name.

The prices were steep, but what was more concerning was the quality of service. We were served tap water, which tasted salty, during dinner how kids will drink this water.? This was particularly disappointing for a hotel that charges premium prices.

The quantity of food was also insufficient, and the taste was average. Our bill came out to be over ₹400+ for two people, which seemed excessive given the subpar experience. restroom also not well maintained.

This is not an isolated incident, as I've faced similar issues with food quality at two other hotels in Salem. It seems that Salem has a long way to go in terms of providing a satisfactory dining...

Read some reviews of this restaurant before checking in and was not disappointed. Was actually travelling from Dharmapuri to Chennai with a Changeover in Salem where we had our tiffin in this restaurant. Location is very near to the New Salem Bus Terminus and near Signal. It was actually crowded when we entered but found seat for three of us. We ordered three dishes, Onion Rava Dosa, Chilli Parotta and Chola Poori. Dosa was slightly over roasted, but other dishes were awesome. More importantly dishes were served in rocket speed. Coffee was again top quality. Overall good restaurant in good location. Only drawback is the crowded place and No Air conditioning. So I m not giving five star. There seems one new restaurant of the same brand opened somewhere near by with fully air-conditioned called Sri Saravana Bhavan Grand Style. May be u...

This review must be noted by Owner of this hotel. I had a worst experience today in hotel(30/11/2020). First we ordered one rava dosa after few minutes ordered one more rava dosa. The female waiter who attended us ordered rava dosa for us..When she asked the second order, she was scolded in bad words by Dosa Master. Really very pity on her. She was crying and even asking us the food taste. She couldn't control her tears after getting scolded. I asked why can't you complain him to owner. She told no owner visit n all here. We all ladies are treated by like this only. They don't give any respect to ladies servants.

My humble request to owner, please take care of the servants who are working under you. No one has responsibility to do verbal abuse to other co-servants. This should be surely brought to...
