It wasn’t a pleasant evening to begin with—more like a humid furnace. After a bit of a walk from the parking zone, we arrived at Subway completely sweaty and drained.

To add to the discomfort, the air curtains weren’t on, and the heat from outside just poured in. One split AC was running at 24°C, and when we requested the staff to switch on the other unit, they alternated it instead of running both. Pathetic space management.

The cooling was far from sufficient, and with no better option, we ate quickly and left.

They could really show a bit more empathy toward customer comfort.

And oh—don’t forget to carry your own water to save yourself from choking.

Definitely not a cool...

Aalways subway food will be awesome there is no doubt in that But today there were 2 employees who were making the food They were fentastic. They helped uss to get the best dinner. Food Was prepared fabulous. Thank you both of you. I'm a regular visitor to this outlet. Pretty spacious outlet compared to Indira Nagar branch. No complaints on ambience. Attender Arif is so attentive in custimizing order as per customer direction. He is well behaved and other attenders were friendly. Never had any complaint on sub quality & taste. Always prefer this outlet while ordering from zomato/Swiggy.
