I visited this place today and ordered a choco kunafa waff-wich I asked about the "Rewards at every visit" option and the staff was completely clueless about it. They called someone to check about it and then replied to me that the offer will begin from 30th September but nothing like this is mentioned there.They even told me that this sticker was placed yesterday . I waited for about 15 minutes and the staff was busy doing their work. When i asked about my order they said that they haven't started making my order and it will take them another 20 minutes to get it done. I strongly suggest the owner to take necessary actions and make the staff aware about such offers. If they have not started, then mention the starting date because anytime someone will inquire, the staff can easily say that it was just placed yesterday and will start from this and this date to...

This is currently my daughter's and my favorite dessert. Let me briefly explain why I have given it 4 stars, and here are my points:

Convenient roadside parking. The store is small but great for quick pickups. The rating is lower because there is no comfortable dining area. The store gets quite hot inside due to limited ventilation. Although they have one air conditioning unit, it's not sufficient, and this issue should be addressed. The person who takes and delivers the orders tries hard to be cheerful, but it seems he could use some training on how to be happier in his interactions. No offense to him, but there's room for improvement. Despite the minor drawbacks, the waffle itself is amazing, and we keep coming...

I ordered it through Zomato and they have delivered overcooked waffles covered well with chocolates so one cannot find it easily. How cruel their brain is, they took it so light because it is a Zomato order and customer can't ask them directly. Thinking such they have given overcooked waffles. Your waffle price starts at 150? That is a premium fare and Isn't that not enough to serve good waffles? You still need more money to deliver good waffles?...
