The Law Cafe with Diwaniya Mediterranean Kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Visit this place only if you really don't bother about being mistreated or discriminated but still want to explore the food.

I ignored all the reviews pertaining to the service being bad and considered only the reviews in which the food was quoted as great and went in to dine at the restaurant today. The service staff are clueless and extremely inexperienced to handle guest dining and guest communications.

I reached the hotel at 10:30 PM. And I was told that the kitchen was closed. But as I got down from the restaurant, I saw a family of eight getting in and were offered a table. I went back in and enquired on why this happened, and then came different version of stories from the supervisors. I persisted on getting a proper explanation, for which the other family was then informed that the kitchen was closed and asked to leave. This is an embarrassment to both me and the other family.

The restaurant management must understand that having their staff speak politely alone isn't going to help them retain customers. The staff must be well trained and taught to act with integrity at the first place.

I will never ever visit this place and will ensure that I would highly recommend people in my network to never bother giving this place a try.

One cannot be so shameful to barter their self respect for the sake of exploring...

We called to make a reservation but got to know that there is no reservations required. Having reached at 8.30, the first put off was at the parking, the security was very rude and had asked us not to park inside because the owner of the building would need to come in.( until we left at 11 the owners car wasn’t there).

After the chaos we managed to find a seat with absolutely no help from the staff. The table had a booking bell which was quite impressive but was not useful.

We had ordered a Lebanese kebab, mutton chops, the Arabian pizza, fries and pita bread. The mutton was stale and dry and definitely not worth the price. The chicken kebab was dry but eatable. My little one liked the fries. The pizza was juicy and good! Also very filling. The bill was huge- we paid 3200 for this unsatisfactory food. Only one of the staff was very pleasing and hospitable.

Do not patronize this place as this restaurant has been opened with illegal money from drug proceeds. The owner jaffer sadique is a criminal and has been caught by the Indian Narcotics control board for criminally exporting synthetic drug called methamphetamine concealed in processed food items like dessicated coconut powder. Large consignments were exported to countries like Australia and Newzealand and he was caught after a tip-off from FBI, USA and the Australian...
