Cafe Frespresso — Restaurant in Tripura

Went there today. Great ambience. Nicely decorated.

Ordered 2 masala milk tea and 1 fish finger. The fish finger was good, crispy, tasty.

This is where the good times ended.

The tea .... a tea bag dipped in a cup of hot watery milk isn't what I was expecting. I've had masala tea at other tea joints, and this seemed like a total waste of money. Value and taste wise, it won't stand anywhere near a masala tea offered in the other tea joints here. Not even worth 10 rupees.

Forget about the taste, the tea bag wasn't even able to give it a nice colour.

For 110 rupees, I was hoping to drink a properly prepared masala tea, not that hot watery milk with a tea bag for show.. You guys at least mention in the menu that you'll be using a tea bag, not tea leaves. I'd have ordered a coffee then instead of spoiling the whole mood...

Actually it's an 2.5 star 🌟...with some descent decor and peaceful environment and nice sitting accommodation initially it seems quite a good cafe... but what ruins the customer experience is their ordering system... there is no proper hard copy menu and not only that, the customers are required to place the order through a qr code in some app which makes the process cumbersome and difficult not only for the customer but for them too...for eg..they instead of serving me chicken sandwich served me with veg sandwich when I clearly placed the order for chicken sandwich.. also the pricing is also towards on a higher side...however the food is descent though, but still it definitely doesn't justifies this much high pricing... behavior of the stuffs are also good... overall a descent cafe which got the potential to be a...

Total fraud restaurant. They are posting some random pictures of food from Google and serving something else. I had ordered from Zomato . After getting the order, I complained to Zomato but instead of giving me refund , they provided me a coupon of 100 rupees that can only be applied on order from Frespresso which I never wanted .That means I am being forced to order from the same restaurant once again to avail the coupon discount of 100 rupees even after knowing the fraud culture of the restaurant.I have attached the photo uploaded in Zomato by the restaurant and what I have received today and also the offer which they gave.I tried to give a review in Zomato but for some unknown reason, the review and the photo is not getting uploaded in Zomato.So I had given the review here so that people can get to know about...
