I would like to share my experience at Arsalan Restaurant and Caterer. I had an opportunity to enjoy the facilities of the restaurant. The food was normal but I was very much disappointed with the misleading business practices. The major problem that I encountered was their "special dishes" which I consider scamming customers.

For instance, normal biryani was much enough in portion and tasted fairly ok. The disappointment came when I asked for ‘special biryani’ which for starters turned out to be a smaller portion with only two pieces of meat and was much more expensive. This was a case of defrauding advertisements, which I kicked aside by feeling annoyed by the tactics of the restaurant.

Last but not the least, the prices of drinking water in these restaurants and even fast food places were way above the maximum retail price of the product. It is unfair to the extent that it is out of order. The price of bottled drinking water can be increased but not to this extent because access to water is a basic right that every individual should be able to afford.

The quality of food at Arsalan Restaurant and Caterer was fair. However, their business practices were worrisome, to say the least, and that has left a bad taste in my mouth.
