Not a great experience. The staff in this outlet of KFC are not so well behaved as in other outlets. When we were ordered the woman in the counter asked us if we would like to take 2 dips(mayo sauce) worth 38, to which we agreed. Then, after receiving the order we noticed that there were no dips present, we asked her to give it to us by showing the bill to which she said "we have already added the sauce in your burger" Now this is something which is not appreciable! I argued with her and after a short argument, she gave us only one dip saying that this one is she is giving for free!

Now my question is, who the hell on Earth will eat a dry burger? I mean, wherever you go and eat a burger, there will be a least amount of mayo/ sauce in it right?! At least on shops like KFC, McDonald's they do provide mayonnaise in their burger which is inclusive of the price. Another incident happened just in front of our eyes, a lady had ordered some burger and fries just before we did. When we went to the counter querying about the dips that were absent, that lady came to the counter asking her to give her the fries showing her the bill.. the lady in the counter seemed offended! Still she had to give her the fries as she was showing the bill of her order!

I just don't know what's wrong with the staffs in KFC. Specially the counter lady! I think she has developed this habit of fooling customers thinking that nobody will...

We visited the KFC outlet at Diamond Plaza today. Although our previous Zomato orders from this outlet were disappointing, our earlier dine-in experiences had been fairly good. Unfortunately, today’s visit was quite the opposite.

While placing order no. 7371, I politely requested a change of one Hot & Crispy chicken piece, but the staff member responded rather rudely through another server instead of simply saying that such requests aren’t allowed. I understand the policy, but a courteous explanation would have been appreciated.

When our food arrived, most items - especially the popcorn chicken — were cold, except perhaps the peri peri chicken. Later, with order no. 7393, we received one Hot & Crispy piece instead of Smoky Chicken due to unavailability - that piece was hot and fresh, showing a clear difference in quality.

Finally, while taking away food for my parents (orders 7401 and 7402), I specifically requested that the items be served hot since our earlier food wasn’t. However, the order was delayed until my wife followed up, and it was served immediately thereafter - giving the impression that the delay was deliberate rather than due to preparation time.

Overall, this experience was disappointing - both in terms of food temperature and staff behavior. I hope the management addresses this seriously. As of now, I would be hesitant to revisit this outlet or recommend...
