Uzumaki'z — Restaurant in West Bengal

I am truly disappointed! And mind I remind you I was the only customer! The servers/ staffs didn't pay attention at all! (I had to ask for a glass of water twice) The foods I ordered were: pancakes(which wasn't a regular pancake but a "Korean pancake" which was partially my fault for not look at the menu properly! However I did asked one of the staff pointing at one of the random pictures they has on the wall to which she confirmed!/ The "pancake was horribly bitter! I asked for pumpkin spice without the coco as topping (it does not make sense to me why you'd add extra cheap ass hersey chocolate syrup? And to top it all off I had a whole chunk of spices not blended in my mouth! The so called "korean bun" was something really different from what I ate back there in Nepal! It had the egg white all runny, and once again a chunk of slt in my mouth in the very first bite! P.S. for some reason it had a "LADYBUG" INSIDE MY FREAKING FOOD!!! THE DESERT I asked the waitress to serve me one of their special which was apparently chocolate sundae (which was horribly dressed with sugary chocolate syrup) did not look appetizing at all!!!

And finally I had the bill of Rs. 690 which I payed 700 for nothing! (I am the type of person who doesn't mind paying for good food! ) My point is whenever the customer returns your food back to kitchen you don't charge full you least give a discount or exchange it! The worst part was when the waitress's were sitting across the table packing some items (small daal like idk what that was) brought out my sundae and when one of the topping fell she picked it right back with those same hands! I am not trying to point at her unsanitary as an individual but come on? Bare unsanitized hands??

To sum it up this establishment lacks curtsy, sanitary and hospitality! And the food is (am sorry for my language but) inhumane and disgusting! If you people can't do it right don't add it on the menu! I'd DM the Instagram page or whatever but I couldn't find em!

P.S. on the side note I have a bit of sensitive tummy when I eat stale or uncooked, excess spice food I get a bad ache! And ik if I go back these waitress's at just gonna stare blankly...

Basically this place is a heaven for the local youths who hangout here. They smoke and chat and play guitar, just like in Nerdvana. Food is good. Tasty, the cheese-corn pizza was, that I had. Pot of Darjeeling tea was excellent and very economic. The menu is filled with typical café type items. Not many tourists, thus, come. Well, the location is pretty awful actually. Zakir Hussain Road is infact a pretty shabby road, well, atleast the beginning part of the road upto Magnolia. Mainly locals keep this place full. So basically this cafe is a fruit of globalization where people forget their roots and adopt Western culture to make themselves look modern. The very way Kolkata is forgetting Bangla and its cultures, Darjeeling is forgetting its...
