From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance. Read moreThe staff( owner, not sure) really behaved like a crook. I had received two different orders which I hadn't ordered at all( happened thrice, so you can imagine). So, I decided to reach out to the restaurant directly. Little did I expect that the restaurant owner, who assured me a replacement never returned my calls when I tried to call them. Utterly disappointing and disrespectful to say the least. Kindly avoid extending such juvenile treatment to your customers. So embarassing. You either politely refuse to provide a replacement by answering the calls, or carry out the replacement as promised. Ignoring the customer is unbelievable and unheard of. Beware, I really wanted to give this place a try considering they purport to offer healthy food. But with such behaviour, not sure if they provide the quality they promise.
Also be careful about ordering from here. Looks like they send out different items on purpose. ( For eg. Instead of palm sugar Pongal, they send out less expensive thinai...
