Absolutely Legendary Biryani & Paya – A Foodie’s Dream Come True!

If there’s one meal that can transport me straight to food heaven, it’s the Biryani and Paya from this place! Every bite is an explosion of flavors, cooked to perfection with love and expertise.

🍛 The Biryani – Oh my goodness! The fragrant, long-grain basmati rice, layered with tender, succulent pieces of meat (or veggies), and infused with just the right blend of spices… it’s pure magic! The dum-style cooking locks in all the aromas, making each spoonful a delight. And that raita on the side? Perfect balance!

🍖 The Paya – This is next-level deliciousness! The rich, slow-cooked trotters in a spicy, flavorful gravy are melt-in-the-mouth good. The meat falls right off the bone, and the naan or rumali roti soaks up all that incredible broth. A must-try for anyone who loves bold, hearty flavors!

The service is always warm, and the portions are generous—worth every penny! If you haven’t tried their Biryani and Paya combo, you’re seriously missing out. 10/10 would recommend! 🚀🔥

The cuisine here is remarkably similar to home-cooked meals, with a limited but meticulously crafted menu that offers a delightful array of dishes. We ordered mutton white kurma, mutton paya, and chettinad chicken gravy, and Meen kozhambu was a delightful addition to our meal. Each dish was exceptionally well-prepared and presented. The restaurant offers a variety of combo meals, including idly, idiyappam, and kal dosa, which are all highly recommended. If you intend to sample a wide range of dishes, idly or idiyappam would be the ideal choice, as they complement most of the gravies effectively. While we ordered a starter chicken 96, which is essentially a fancier name for chicken 65, it was not particularly exceptional. However, the host’s warm hospitality and attentive service were truly commendable.
