Al-Arafath Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

This is my honest review for you all to know about this restaurant, I love this restaurant's food taste, atmosphere, and quantity, But, This time I was surprised by the way it happened, I went on 19th Mar23 at around 08:44pm for Dinner, almost all the tables were occupied, however, I got a place, in 2 seater table, I was just sitting on the table, within a moment order taker came to me and asked what you want, I order 1 chicken fried rice, very next moment I got chicken fried rice on my table (they placed spoon too) by another person and he placed a glass of water, I told that person to please call that order taker, I asked that order taker, how come you have delivered my order less than 1 mins time and quantity also very less compare to my previous experience in this restaurant, then order taker told that another person(who placed a glass of water) take this for the parcel, another 10 mins time, I got my order on the table with prepared spoon too I was shocked because, they have reheated the same chicken fried rice, food texture was light brown in color with less quantity as well. usually, their chicken-fired rice was white, but when I raised my voice owner came and he simply smiled as if nothing happened, I FELT VERY CHEATED as a customer, they are charged 130 rs, but, not worth it, while I pay I told owner again this is not right what you are doing, again he just smiled and I found small hair too on the food. A normal restaurant with the fast food part time where dining is provided in the crucial space limit one of the normal place to have food with the friends but the drawback air was seems to look the quantity of the food and the quality of the food only certain selected fulls are taste better like non and like chicken items like manchurian and all and apart from much even though if you order for a special stuffing and feeling will be mixed up with my own goes they won't give full Chicken Shawarma and more over the portion size is very very lesson little and most of them where in the labour . North Indians were working under the owner they don't have any proper knowledge and moreover were a person eating inside a water itself at the time itself or toilet phenol in the floor in those go for mopping.
