Chicking — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

I recently visited Chicking, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment we entered, the place was a mess water all over the floor and tables left uncleaned. After placing our order, we had to wait a long time, only to be served the wrong order. To make things worse, the chicken they served was not fresh it was cold, lacked crispiness, and clearly not up to standard.

We had ordered a combo, and they split it, saying the remaining items would be served later. While checking the quality of the chicken in front of the cashier, I pointed out that it wasn’t hot or crispy. Her reaction was unbelievably rude. Instead of addressing the concern politely, she began shouting, questioning why I touched the chicken, and even said, “How will I serve this to another customer now?” which was shocking. If the chicken is not fresh, it should not be served to someone else in the first place if returned!

The attitude of the cashier completely ruined the experience. I asked for two different dips, and she gave the same one twice. I had to return to the counter just to get the correct dips. Even the Pepsi that came with the combo wasn’t available they didn’t inform us in advance. After a long delay, they sent a staff member out to buy a regular bottle of Pepsi and served it with loads of ice.

To top it off, we were given ketchup only after we finished eating. The person who served us did apologize, which we appreciated but the cashier lady didn’t even say sorry for her behavior.

One horrible experience after another. The rude behavior of the cashier made an already bad visit even worse. Definitely...

This Chicking at Nungambakkam gave us a good and fulfilled experience with their fantastic verities of chickens. The atmosphere is a cool and very comfortable for all kind of couples, families, friends and also good hungers. If you wanna spend time for a good food you can check in here. At the main palce of nungambakkam it's located. Easy to reach and parking also fine. Service also very good one with this people. They offer to order from our sitting and billing even after end of finishing of foods. If they offer more items that will be more attractive. Public transportation also near to this. This is the place for all...

Worst,very bad service 😔 and waited for nearly 30 minutes for burger and salad .... mocktail was pathetic had no sugar,AND WAS LIKE MEDICINE, the food was ice cold .this is the one and only worst experience I have seen in my life EVER👎 no format in order . my best advice is PLEASE DON'T GO don't even consider this as a restaurant. A/C was not on at all. Lots and lots of housefly only 🤢.i had to get food from Sangeetha (opposite to chicking) to fill my stomach and once again "THE WORST...
