KFC — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

7 mins express pick up is a fake !!! I have been a regular customer of KFC which is located in Express Avenue Mall. But after the alterations they have done, I have experiencing this for the 3rd time that the staffs are not responding properly to their customers. I sometimes use my Sodexo meal card to buy things in KFC, but this time after billing the order they are saying that we don't accept Sodexo meal card here, and even UPI was not working properly. So they asked me to give my cash, which I felt very bad to them. What if someone has only UPI or card and not cash with them? And then this happened...they said wait for 5-10 mins your order will be ready....i just order a Classic Zinger box and a medium popcorn which was already with them. I was waiting for more than 15 mins and asked a staff to get my order and he was like wait sir...wait for 5-10 mins.... important things was KFC was not even crowded with people...there were only 2-3 people and which they got their orders instantly and they never saw my bill till I started shouting at them.... finally they gave my order by 23 mins which was too late for an burger and a popcorn... I shouted at them and said I am definitely posting this in Google reviews and they were like who cares😅....KFC PLEASE STOP MAKING ADS SAYING WE...

I went to kfc yesterday and the place was too crowded since it was Tamil new year. We have ordered for one zinger box combo, one 7 up and boneless strip chicken. But the person who took our order he has not Informed that boneless strip chicken is not available in the kfc while taking order so he himself has swapped our order with chicken wings where I have not order for this. I was so disappointed when I got the order in my hand so I went and asked that I have ordered boneless strip chicken but why I got the chicken wings they simply said since they don't have boneless strip chicken so we gave you chicken wings which I didn't even asked for. I urge you to atleast listen to your customer what are they looking for and help them.

If you don't have then what is the problem in conveying in front ?? why changing order as per the order taker wish ?? Why you cannot give any alternative to your customer ?? Is it that difficult??

I understand yesterday it was crowded but this is not at...

Don’t waste your money at this EA KFC

++ went back to Bangalore and had KFC at the Phoenix mall guess what it tastes like a KFC Chicken. My take is that these guys here in Express Avenue are fake KFC DISHING OUT fake KFC chicken because no KFC can give such bad chicken anywhere. The ingredients seem fake to me. Wish I knew how to report these guys directly to KFC and have these guys investigated.

Never having KFC again. KFC has gone to the dogs. The chicken tastes like some fake wannabe KFC brands that you see on the street side. Moreover the staff make them in bulk and keep them in the hot shelves and while away time serving the customers soggy wings which are ironically called crispy wings. If this is what KFC has come to in India then am not having...
