Paniyaram were just soo good, I loved their bun butter jam they were generous with the butter and tea was just how I like it. All staff of Spencer plaza madras coffee are very rude and not hear what i ask and they make tea there self . If i ask why they are telling me wait we are doing it taking half an hour for a tea and billing person is from cheap placae that don't know how to deal with customer . You people has to train your staff . I am running a shop in Spencer plaza past 10 years 2nd floor 2nd phase...

Just asked for one filter coffee.. not a pleasant behavior of lady staff Ms. Pavalam, who seemed to be in a bad mood. Feel, that the first requirement for fast food franchise, is good pleasant temperament, especially in places like Spencer's. Plaza. Coffee was good , but the vibes...
