I don’t have enough positive words to express how phenomenal the staff at The Hava Ubud was, and how unforgettable our experience turned out to be. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth, respect, positivity, and top-tier hospitality. Every department shined with its outstanding service! Reception & Drivers: Peggy greeted us with welcome drinks and provided detailed information about the hotel’s offerings. Always smiling and eager to help, he made planning our activities seamless. Gus was accommodating and a fantastic driver, ensuring smooth shuttle service to and from town. Arie took our experience to the next level with his friendly and professional approach on our private tour to the coffee plantation and rice terraces. He shared his deep knowledge of customs, including the purification ceremony at Pura Tirta Empul Temple—an inspiring and unforgettable experience. He truly went above and beyond! Food & Dining: Septi and the entire food service team were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring our meals were exactly as we requested. The food was delicious, and the coffee was impeccable! Housekeeping: The hotel was kept in pristine condition, always carrying the soothing scent of essential oils. The team worked seamlessly to maintain the space, quickly attending to poolside areas during sudden rainstorms and ensuring our room was spotless. The thoughtful welcome gifts of fresh fruit and flowers added a special touch. Massage & Wellness: Yunya provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had—a perfect blend of Traditional Balinese techniques with reflexology. She created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and demonstrated incredible skill. Diana was warm, professional and knowledgeable about her practice. While I’ve mentioned just a few names, every single staff member was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend The Hava to anyone visiting Ubud, Indonesia.

Most amazing adventure took place at this hotel. These are the kindest, most professional, yet most courteous and hospitable people we’ve ever seen or met in our entire lives. I actually contracted dengue fever, and they took care of me as if I was their own daughter. I cannot tell you how it felt to be 48 hours hours away from my Texas home and yet they took care of me and checked on me literally every day to make sure I was OK. They checked in on me for four days straight. My husband was not here until the sixth day.…My husband ended up flying back to Indonesia to take me back to America. If I could give more than five stars I would. Every day they have a beautiful breakfast and they cook whatever you want them to. They have a different cultural night frequently. They serve Western as well as Indonesian and Balinese food on a daily basis. They have an absolutely beautiful infinity pool, surrounded by plush tropical plants, and trees. Every night, a unique menu to choose from. A very clean kitchen that you can look into while they cook if you want. Most of the staff speaks English, and that is a blessing. If we ever come back to this area, this would be the place where I would choose to stay just because of their kind hospitality. The rooms are clean. We did not see one bug. They clean your room every day and they check in every evening to see if there’s anything you need for the night. We highly recommend this place. There are so many names of people and I don’t wanna forget anybody, but here are a few off the top of my head. Yoga, Septi, Mulya, Krishna, Rai, Tari, Wayan, and I apologize that I did not mention everyone. There are several ladies at the restaurant and the front desk that were so precious and had beautiful hearts and were very attentive. Our best to the hotel.

We took a little bit of a gamble as the hotel is very new and no reviews where available on the internet. The hotel is very well located in Ubud, offers a shuttle service to Ubud centre. Walking takes around 5 to 10 minutes. Great location if you want to experience all of Ubud and still get some rest at your hotel. Food was nice at the hotel, breakfast had enough to choose from. Kitchen looks very clean. Pool is very nicely designed not super big but enough for the amount of people in this hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious look very nice. Have all the facilities one could need. Additionally very clean. Room service and turn down service available. We also made use of the laundry which was managed well (maybe slightly on the expensive side). Especially liked the fresh local fruits in the room. What sets this hotel apart however is the personal attention. Everybody was extremely helpful and very nice. They truly did their best to make our stay as nice as possible. Tini and Eka where amazing people with a great passion for the job. We booked a private tour via the hotel to visit all sites around Ubud. Pricing was competitive especially consider the tour was organized by the hotel itself. Eka, our tour guide did a amazing job. Very interesting conversations about Ubud and Bali in general. And was very open and honest related to the many questions we had. This was the best tour experience in the country as of yet. Overall very happy to have taken the gamble! The hotel staff asked for points of improvement but I really couldn’t name any, good job!

Really wanted to love this hotel. Even gave it a second chance after the first mishaps and booked to stay a second night, but problems continued. If service can improve and a few other frustrating issues get resolved, it could be a great resort. ||Pros:|- Good sized rooms that are well furnished (both the Hava and Deluxe) with comfortable beds, nice robes, good AC, Smart TV (Netflix and YouTube only) and fruit baskets as standard |- The bigger Hava rooms are pretty spacious with a huge bathroom including a large bathtub |- The hotel is pretty - they’ve made a real effort with making it comfortable but good to look at|- Really well sized pool for the size of the hotel and the gym has a reasonable amount of equipment in good order|- Staff are extremely friendly|- Good location - 20 min walk and you’re at the Art Market and they offer a bookable shuttle but space is very limited ||Cons:|- The balconies are a bit grim for both room types I stayed in, particularly the Deluxe (it’s a wall view)|- Soundproofing between rooms is extremely bad - I can sleep through anything, but if you can’t you may struggle |- Housekeeping seemed to have a horrible habit of dragging the furniture on the tiles when cleaning rooms, which with no soundproofing meant it was very disturbing - stick some felt pads on the bottom for everyone’s sake|- The Deluxe room was definitely damp/had a mildew smell - not uncommon in some older hotels here, but given how new this place is it’s surprising. The Hava room I had was absolutely fine|- The pool loungers don’t have any sort of cushion which was just uncomfortable|- The most frustrating though, was that service just doesn’t hit the mark often. A few simple instances where this happened within 24 hours were:|1. At breakfast, staff were way too preoccupied chatting amongst the 8/9 of them to bother greeting/seating, offering a menu/explaining how breakfast worked at their hotel, offering coffee or even remembering to cook the eggs order I placed after 15 minutes when they were only serving 4 other tables of 1-2 guests. |2. After checking out and then rebooking later that day to give the place another go after the breakfast issues, when trying to check back in to the hotel I was stood waiting for 20 mins at reception while the staff fiddled with a computer, with no idea what was going on. Then after paying for the room, I was told the room wasn’t ready as it was a last minute booking (completely acceptable). It was past the check in time, but I was fine with a delay as long as I had an idea on the time frame - this wasn’t offered and required asking twice to get any sort of response other than a shrug, at which point they contacted housekeeping and said 30 mins for the room. For the inconvenience there was a special effort to start afternoon tea early for me (which consisted of giving me a cup of coffee and two small cakes). Over an hour later I’m still sat waiting, at which point I asked reception for an update. The room had been ready, but nobody thought to come and let me know. |3. I needed to attend a meeting the next day, so wanted to iron two things - should be simple to get an iron and ironing board, but unfortunately the only 3 in the entire hotel are in use. After asking if I could get one by the morning (3 times) I was eventually told they would sort it and one showed up 30 minutes later. Just get a few more for the 58 rooms in the hotel. They aren’t expensive or bulky, and there’s no pressing service. ||I really wanted my second night to go well as the staff are extremely kind, but it just confirmed this hotel wasnt being run properly, and for the price of the rooms it should be. ||I don’t want to put people off going here and I really want them to improve, but if any of the above would frustrate you, maybe hold off staying for a while so they can hopefully fix some of the simple issues. If none of this would bother you,...

We recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at The Hava Ubud, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. This beautiful resort really lives up to its promise of luxury and tranquility everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we immediately felt welcomed and taken care of.||A very special thank you to Mr. Surya and Resort Manager Mr. Vaundra for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care were clear in everything they did. We were especially touched by the little surprises and thoughtful touches that made our anniversary feel truly magical.||Our room was immaculate, modern, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. One of the most touching moments was walking into the room to find it decorated with fresh flowers for our anniversary. And as vegetarians, we were especially moved when the staff surprised us with a delicious eggless cake. It’s rare to find that level of thoughtfulness.||The pool area is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and the calming sounds of nature. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of Ubud. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness facilities, which were peaceful and very well run. Whether it was a massage or just enjoying the calm atmosphere, we left feeling completely refreshed.||The service at The Hava Ubud truly sets it apart. Every staff member we met was kind, friendly, and attentive. A big thank you to Mulya, Astari, Dewa Ayu Muktanti, Evina, and senior waitress Septiana, your warmth made such a difference. And to Executive Chef Alit, thank you for your amazing food and for being so accommodating with our dietary needs.||We’re also grateful to all the behind-the-scenes staff, housekeeping, room service, the chefs, maintenance, and the front desk team. Every single person played a role in making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.||We made great use of the complimentary shuttle into Ubud, which made exploring so easy. The resort’s location is ideal, close enough to everything, yet far enough away to feel peaceful and private.|There is a bit of a hill which is a downfall, but we wasn’t bothered about it as we walk everywhere.||One of our favorite parts of the day was the afternoon tea service. It was such a lovely touch, with beautifully presented treats and a relaxing atmosphere, something we really looked forward to every afternoon.||The Hava Ubud combines luxury, warmth, culture, and genuine hospitality in a way that’s rare to find. Every detail, big or small, felt thoughtful and from the heart.||If you’re planning a trip to Ubud, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, a celebration, or just some well-deserved rest, we can’t recommend The Hava Ubud A Pramana Experience highly enough. It’s a place where memories are made and where guests are treated like family. |Thank you to everyone at The Hava A Pranama Ubud for making our anniversary so incredibly special. |It’s a trip we’ll...

New hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra. 4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold. 5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise. Some services however need more...
