The use of natural elements like wood, plants, and lots of sunlight gives it a refreshing, grounded feel that’s perfect for brunch, casual meetings, or relaxed afternoons with a book.

What I especially love is how open and inviting the space feels. The layout encourages conversation and connection, making it a great spot for groups or solo digital nomads looking to work or socialize in a calm yet inspiring atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the touches like small marigold flowers on every table add charm.

However, one downside to note is that it’s open-air and located right next to a fairly busy road. This means that while the breeze and natural light are great, the noise from passing scooters and cars can be a bit distracting if you’re sensitive to sound. If you're looking for a quiet place to work or have deep conversations, it might not be ideal during peak traffic hours.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Earth Island Surf shop and restaurant. and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the perfect tone—warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, making it an ideal place for both intimate dinners and group gatherings.

The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Tuna Tar Tar sambal matah, Chicken Huli Huli was a definite highlight, perfectly cooked and rich in taste. The ingredients were fresh, and the balance of flavors was spot on.

Food - below average. 3 items we wanted from the menu they never had as apparently supplier never came. Cabbage was good but you don’t go to a restaurant to eat cabbage. Mackerel dry. Chicken with lots of strangely cooked rice. Only good thing was Buy1Get1 on cocktails. They also ran out of the house wine!

Service - attentive but we were the ONLY ppl there on Saturday night. Next door Mexican place was packed. They asked for Bill at 10pm and said they are closing. Google says 12am!! He said Google was wrong.

Decent atmosphere but spoilt by above.

Overall - will never go there and would never recommend anyone else going there. Previous reviews must be a scam. So many hundreds of better...
