Adding to my wife's comments. Our special night (Thursday June 27th) in a supposed high end restaurant completely ruined by a bogan family group with 6 or 8 kids screaming and completely out of control. We were offered seats out of the dining room and ate by the bar - were not charged for our meal. Staff were nice and completely sympathised but being Balinese were too soft with these clowns. Thank heavens our accommodation was elsewhere. On mentioning that they had ruined our evening the response was enjoy your holiday. It's going to be a nightmare 2 weeks for staff and other guests...
