Bakmie Tjo Kin (Braga) — Restaurant in Bandung City

Feel curious and scared at the same time before deciding to try this happening Bakmie. Just found former reviews here, someone just has a bad experience on their pakcoy. But I decided to finish my curiosity by trying this Bakmie. I ordered Yamin Manis Ayam Baso, with es teh manis. Overall the taste was good like an ordinary bakmie actually, the browny chicken was cooked with lime leaves, give a bit refreshing in mouth. I came to this place during my day trip to Bandung recently upon friend recommendation, I appreciate the decor and charming ambiance of this shop, which beautifully reflects the past. However, I found the taste to be rather average, hmm maybe just bland. The bakmi and side dishes didn't stand out as particularly special. Batagor also not tasty at all.

Exquisite taste, it is different from other noodle houses. They got a lot of variants, thin to thick noodles, shirataki, salty or sweet noodles. Usually, we eat noodles with sambal and saos but here, they use sambal and chilli oil which is surprisingly a good combo. The place itself reminds you of a traditional noodle house but with a touch of modern hands.
