Batagor Riasari — Restaurant in Bandung City

tried this place because coincidentally the place I was going to was closed, in my opinion this place was overpriced. The price offered for 1 portion is quite expensive with the portion given is small in my opinion and not commensurate with the price charged.

In my opinion, the taste is also mediocre. There is no air conditioning or baby chair available, the chairs available are single plastic chairs without backrests.

Menurut saya, batagor disini lebih enak dibandingkan 2 batagor terkenal yang ada di sebrangnya. Batagornya terasa ikannya, ngga bau tengik, terasa masih fresh, bumbu kacang ngga terlalu kental tapi gurih manisnya pas. Saya pesan seporsi isi 3 harganya sekitar 40 ribuan. Makan disini pas hari kedua lebaran. Untuk mie kocoknya, menurut saya tidak terlalu amis dan berminyak (karena saya kebetulan kurang suka sumsum sapi), kikilnya enak, ada basonya juga, kuahnya masih jernih. Tapi mungkin kurang berasa 'sapi' nya untuk yang suka mie kocok kuah kental. Harganya juga sekitar 40 ribuan. Untuk harga, well memang overprice menurut saya. Saya pribadi ngga kenyang sih makan cuma seporsi batagor. Tapi mungkin harga yang mahal itu setara dengan kualitas batagornya. Kalo dibandingkan dengan tempat makannya ya memang kemahalan makanan2nya. Karena tempatnya hanya ruko tanpa AC, meja panjang digelar di teras ruko, crowded banget pas lebaran jadi makan sambil gerah2an. Kalo bawa anak2 mungkin kurang kondusif, bisa rewel karena sumpek. Kalo tempatnya lebih bagus kayak batagor yang di sebrangnya mungkin harga batagor segitu...

I have no idea why this batagor shop has a very bad review. I would recommend this place to others whenever they are at Bandung. The ingredient is fresh and the taste is always consistent. Believe me that it is not over priced. The only lacking is that the shop is too small for groups and no air-conditioner. Cleanliness is fine as the owner himself overseeing...
