📍 Brussels Spring Ice Cream Stop 🍦✨
After a hearty lunch, I couldn’t resist stopping by Brussels Spring—a hidden gem for handcrafted ice creams! The cozy little spot instantly impressed me with their minimalist presentation and quality-driven approach. I ordered Ovomaltine, Rum Raisin, and Nutella Almond, and let me tell you… they were each unforgettable in their own way. 😍
🍫 Ovomaltine had that deep malty chocolate kick with crunchy bits for texture—perfect for chocolate lovers who like a twist beyond the ordinary. Smooth, rich, and indulgent!
🍇🥃 Rum Raisin brought back nostalgic flavors with its creamy base and just the right boozy punch. The raisins were plump and sweet, evenly spread to give that satisfying chew in every bite. It’s a grown-up flavor, and they nailed it.
🌰🍫 Nutella Almond was pure luxury. Silky Nutella swirls infused the scoop with hazelnut goodness, while the almond pieces added a toasty crunch that kept it interesting. It felt both classic and elevated.
📸 Swipe through to check out how luscious they look in those sleek metal bowls—simple, but the focus stays where it should: on the ice cream!

Read moreHad a quite disappointing experience. Went there on 13 September 2023. I ordered Salmon Romano Tagliatelle (priced under 100k) and was told it wasn't available, so I changed to Arrostito Salmon (priced at 200k). There was a picture of the dish on the menu, so I did expect a small to medium-sized salmon fillet. And...tadaaaa to my surprise, they served me a cute sized salmon belly. The dish in general tasted good. But the salmon belly clearly was a joke. I went there with my work colleagues, including my jaw-dropped Executive Chef, when he saw the salmon belly (I worked in a 4-star hotel near this restaurant. The pan-fried salmon menu there weighed 150gr and priced at 180k, just fyi). It's just unfortunate that I didn't take a picture of my Arrostito "salmon" because I was so shocked and too hungry already. But there were some 8 eyewitnesses (my colleagues, also including my General Manager who sat beside me) who laughed at my "salmon". I said nothing at the restaurant, because I never messed with people handling my food & beverage ;) and I'm not a complainer. I'll only say something when it was already outrageous. On the good side, your ice cream was...

The ambience was chill, just right for family dinner. I didn't try, but most of the people ordered the steak, maybe it's their signature menu.
I ordered croissants and latte coffee for takeout. At the time I visit, it wasn't so crowded, around 50%-60% of its seating capacity, but I waited for 35 minute-ish for them to serve. Took 20 minutes just to reheat the croissant, and 15 minutes more on the coffee. I didn't even complaint a single word due to their slow service. After waiting patiently, out of my expectation, the croissant was overcooked and the coffee was very bitter, with burnt smell of both.
Definitely won't come back...
