I've been here several times and personally I love this steakhouse. The food tastes good, serves the customers well, is located in a good area, they do have clean toilets and a spacious prayer area.
The meat was sourced from their own farm in Garut. So when they stated their concept as "farm-to-table", they were not kidding. You can see they also have a meat shop next door. As far as I know, the farm has halal certificate for their meat.
On my last visit I ordered ‘dorper lamb sambal matah’, ‘cireng’, and ‘tahu cabe garam’. I'm a big fan of sambal matah and it was refreshing to see lamb on the menu using sambal matah because usually I find it with beef or chicken. You can taste the spiciness, but not enough to burn your tongue. The downside of sambal matah is you will find it very oily on your plate. I also noticed some people confused between lamb and goat. All I can say is lamb is usually easier to chew and less smelly compared to goat. Although there's still a specific aroma of lamb meat. I highly recommend you to try the lamb with sambal matah.
Despite the 'cireng' and 'tahu cabe garam' tastes good but they are not price wise compared to the portion you will get. There are better options on light meals that you can choose.
Definitely will visit...
Read moreIt's Nice To Meat You Bandung proved to be a fantastic choice for a recent office meeting, offering a delightful culinary experience. I opted for the Iga Bakar (grilled ribs) and an Americano, both of which were excellent. The restaurant specializes in various meat dishes and a wide selection of beverages, all at very reasonable prices, making it a great value for the quality offered. The standout was undoubtedly the food. The Iga Bakar was flavorful and tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Combined with the refreshing Americano, it made for a satisfying and enjoyable meal that was well-suited for a productive meeting. The affordability of their menu, without compromising on taste or quality, is a significant plus and makes this establishment highly recommendable for anyone looking for good food on a budget. While the dining space is a bit limited, this minor drawback is easily outweighed by the positive aspects. The quality of the food, the diverse menu, and the accessible pricing collectively create a very positive impression. It's Nice To Meat You Bandung is definitely worth a visit, whether for a casual meal or a business gathering, if you're in the area and craving delicious...
Read moreInstantly, my most favorite steakhouse in Bandung.
I even think it's better than Justus and Glosis, and with affordable price too. This steakhouse is next to a butcher/meat shop, maybe they had same owner, that's why the meat cut is good and so fresh.
If you came in group, I recommend you to try the tomahawk steak, it's really that good. The crust, the tenderness, is perfect and don't forget to order it in medium. The price is charge by grams so you can choose it by your own preference. But if you want to order by yourself, they serve tenderloin and sirloin too.
The salad and potato is okay, and and they have 3 optins for sauces: barbecue, mushroom and blackpaper. But I don't really use the sauce, since the meat is already good on it's own.
I can't recommend you any beverages, since I only order mineral water. But you can order coffee from the coffee shop next to the steakhouse.
The ambience is pretty nice, the praying room (mushola) and the toilet is clean too. I haven't tried the wifi, and there's limited power outlet, but they have plenty parking spot. They also accept both debit and...
