busy and bustling on a sunday late afternoon, and still the service staff tries their best to serve us quickly 👍🏻 wide selection of menu, and we loved the salted egg prawns. however, the pisang goreng keju was served cold. my food was served 10 min later than my husband’s and…. was cold because it was sitting on the pass for so long. i asked the staff cause i noticed that it looks like my dish, but she got chased away by the expeditor (manager?) who is managing the service floor. then i ask another staff, and she check and true enough it’s my order 😓 why let my food be cold when it’s ready to serve. cold mie ayam and cold pisang keju is not nice to eat. next time DO NOT dismiss your service staff cause they’re helping your customers.
