im here in batam for a holiday trip from singapore. I went to nagoya hill to get a few things done and dropped by the nagoya hill jco donuts outlet. i had no issues with the food and drinks here however, had some issues with the service with this male quite young man working there and doing the cashiering. first, he got the orders wrong and i didnt want to make it into an issue when he had forgotten to give our salami sandwich and got the blueberry frappe size wrong and even the chocolate frappe we req no whipped cream he said okay and yet he still gave us with whipped cream. Secondly, he continued asking if theres anything else we would like to add on while ordering, but walks away and doing something else while we were adding orders which was unprofessional and rude. Thirdly, he initially did not have a small change for 50000 rp and asked if we had smaller change which was 2000rp. So i had went to get the smaller change which was 2000rp and gave him while he was handling another customer. He took the 2000rp and when i asked for my 50000rp change back which he did not have the change for he said he will give them later on once the drawer opens. So when he finally gives back the 50000rp, he asked for another 2000rp which i told him i have alrdy gave. and he argued that i have yet to give him any. So in fact i had to give another 2000rp. The money wasnt the issue but the lack of concentration and focus and the professionalism during work hours. After so many happened within this one order on...

At that point there was no order after me and i saw 3 staff near the coffee machine thinking they were blending my frappe. After some time the cashier called me to check my receipt and claimed my order has not been done I was so annoyed that i refused them to process my order and i demand a refund immediately. The staff do not even bother to apologise I hope the management of J co can educate the staff to be more attentive. The cafe is not busy but the staff are more happier to talk and laugh Maybe J co focus on their business rather than giving a good service to their customers so they dont care very much abt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time trying J.CO Donuts here in Batam. We do have it back in Malaysia, but I rarely have it there. Decided to give it a go while visiting Nagoya Hill.
The donuts were alright, but I noticed the filling was quite minimal compared to what Iāve had beforeācould definitely use more. Also tried the coffee, but unfortunately, it had a strange sour-bitter taste that didnāt really sit well with me.
Overall, it was just an okay experience. Decent for a quick snack
The total cost for 2 donuts and a medium iced Americano...
