Lamoist Layers : Nagoya Hill Mall (1) — Restaurant in Batam City

My recent trip was on my birthday last week. And this wasn't my first time holiday in Batam. And each time, I will buy my fav Kek Lapis from Lamoist. This time, I was served by Grace, Anggi & Kartina @ Nagoya Mall branch. I bought Original, Chocovaganza,Prunes & 2 box of the Love Bites. Their cakes can last quite long compare to other Kek Lapis brand that I've tried over the years and it's really tasty & delicious too. Now, their packaging have been updated. Alright friends, if you're at Nagoya Hill Mall, you HAVE to swing by Lamoist Layers! Their cakes are seriously so delicious and really tasty – they've got a great variety of flavors, so you'll definitely find something you love. Just a little heads-up though, I found collection could be a bit delayed, and they're pretty strict about not accepting early collection, so plan your timing. We tasted the samples and was not bad. But after we bought, we noticed roaches in the display rack!!!! (We counted 3, it was nasty). Thankfully the cakes we bought were taken from the back cupboard instead (but who knows if there's roaches there too?)

When we went back, we checked the cakes we bought thoroughly for roaches / eggs, again thankfully there were none. The Kueh lapis itself was quite nice so no complains there I guess.
