MoMoo Juice Bar & Coffee Harbour Bay — Restaurant in Batam City

Located in Harbour Bay just along side the sea, one neighborhood with other cafes. This place serve juice, mocktail, snack, coffee, tea, and some main dishes. The place is cozy to chill during hot sunny day, can also be a place to hangout during sunset. Can have breakfast, lunch, dinner here. Went there on Saturday afternoon after a rain, sit outside so can see the boat and ferry that passing by to the harbour. Ordered blue lady mocktail, semangka rangka mixed juice, and new york cheese cake. The juice not cold enough and tase so so. While the mocktail really refreshing. The extraordinary one is the cheese cake, this is so soft and tasty while the bottom is crunchy as what a new york cheese cake should have. Two thumbs for the cheese cake. Service was good, they are kind and warm on treating customers. Price wise quite competitive compare others around this place. Parking not so difficult, only maybe during peak time it will be...

I got bad experience from the last two visits

I order two food but almost 1 hour only 1 food that already served, when i check with the server she said there was error in the system and offer me to cancel it or wait another 10 minutes.

There are smoking area and non smoking area in this place. The logic for boundaries of these two area is divided by door. I and my family with baby sit in the non smoking area, but the group infront of us smoke (still in the non smoking area). I complain to the waiter and she with her arrogant style, take a deep breath and said to me, they can smoke because they near to the door and if i want to smoke i must move there. How stupid she is, my complain is the group should be moved but she thought i ask for permission to smoke. After she check with the manager/spv, she came to us and said from the management that area near to the door is ok to smoke. Not make any sense! We will not come...

Not too bad. It's just there is no standard healthy protocol implemented e.g. no distancing between tables and seats. During this pandemic period, it would be very wise to implement this measurement to ensure the safety of customers and restaurant workers. Next, let's jump to the food quality. Ordered potato wedges and London fog. Both are okay. The potato wedges are quite crispy enough and the drink is just nice (not too sweet & not too plain). Bet we're also curious with the price right? All right, it's a bit high end cafe. Expected spending for a glass of drink around 50 thousand rupiah exclude tax. By now, you should be able to tell how much cash you should carry in your pocket before bringing your partner...
