M-Burger Kalingga — Restaurant in City of Medan

Simple burger place that delivers on quality and taste. Outdoor seating but you can also sit indoors at the coffee shop next door where the AC is great. Cash, credit card, e-wallet payments. Some English spoken.

The menu is simple - four different sandwiches. Three beef, one chicken. Single cheeseburger or chicken sandwich, and two double beef sandwich options. Add fries on to that as well as a drink. That's it. They tell you exactly what's on it and you can request them to hold certain items. Staff is very friendly and enthusiastic and the burgers are incredibly tasty and moist. How moist? They give you plastic disposable gloves if you'd rather not lick your fingers or crank through a dozen napkins keeping clean. Honestly while the burgers were a little messy I didn't find it off-putting - that's how tasty they are. Fries are crinkle-cut and served crispy and with a good salt level. By default they don't serve sambal/ketchup or other condiments but these may be available on request.

Located just to the north of the Mariamman Temple, close to Little India. The cost here is definitely higher by Medan standards but you're getting quality beef and it's well worth...

Awalnya curiga dengan burger ini. Curiga akan, "emang betul burger ini enak?". Bagi saya seorang anak kuliah, dengan harga yang ditawarkan untuk sebuah cheese burger, jujur kata cukup menyiksa kantong :') Namun karena di ajak teman untuk datang, ya apa boleh buat untuk datang dan mencoba makan.

Namun saat burgernya datang, dan gigitan pertama masuk di mulut, ini mungkin lebay dan mungkin kalian tidak percaya tapi untuk saya, it was a crazy experience! For me, this is one of that culinary experience that leaves a mark on my mind. Saya tidak ingin meningikan ekspektasi teman-teman, tapi dari pengalaman saya pribadi, burgernya benar-benar enak.

Lahap demi lahap saya memakan cheese burger. Sambil makan sambil senyum2 sendiri. Masi tidak percaya ternyata enak wkwkwwkk. Karena happy memakan burger tersebut, rasa mahal di awal jadi hilang. So yeah, for me it's 10 out of 10. Pretty proud as a medanese to have

Again, ini adalah pengalaman pribadi saya, mungkin bisa beda untuk teman-teman yang lain. Ada yang menganggap ini biasa aja atau gimana. Tapi bagi saya yang belum pernah makan burger diluar negri, this is one of the burger that leave huge impression to me.

Mau saya tambahkan. When I read through the comments di atas, banyak yang bilang mahal bla2. I feel you. But setelah saya experience the burger myself. I feel it's not fair kalau hanya dibilang mahal tapi nggk ada penjelasan yang valid. Hanya karena burgernya mahal bukan berarti it's not a good burger. For me personally it is a proper burger. That's why di review saya, I'm giving my honest oppinion hoping that if you're like me and see that it's expensive, this will give you the perspective from the person that use to think that it's expensive.

Again, I will not say it's cheap, I will still agree that it is quite pricey for my university student pocket. But regardless, it doesn't mean the burger is bad. For my personal experience, I would say it's worth it from the price. Would definetely eat this once in a while to treat myself or to satisfy my craving on a delicious burger. Thank you! I love burgers, and it’s hard to find one thats actually good here in Medan. That is why ever since M- burger opened, i’ve been a loyal customer of theirs and a fan of their classic cheeseburger. And they’ve gained a lot of crowd too over the past few years, so im kind of disappointed because somehow i feel like their patty has been getting extra and extra thin lately. But overall i still love the flavor even though i can hardly taste the patty now 🥲 I really hope they’d fix it, I’m looking forward to eat more of the juicy patty...
