BarBurger by Barapi Tomang — Restaurant in Jakarta

When I finally ordered these burgers, I had been craving for great burgers for so long. Having lived in Australia for so long really drives my expectation insanely high. I ordered a promo combo through Grab: 1 Bara Pepper, 1 Juicy Lucy, 1 Eco Burger and 1 chips. Bara Pepper had tons of meats in there. Apart from the juicy patty, they also added meat pieces marinaded in black pepper. Juicy Lucy was as juicy as it's name, though when it came it was a bit pink in the middle (which I'm not a big fan of especially during this time), Eco Burger for the driver, while the chips could've used a few more mins to cook. The patties were quite meaty and juicy, though the buns could be a bit more moist and less dry. Overall, BarBurger is on par with the fancy burger places and certainly way better than those...

This burger bar punches above its weight. Best value burger in town!

The patty is far better than those of famous fast food chains. It's still juicy and flavorful with bouncy texture. The bread used is proper, not that airy kind you get from places who cut corners on ingredients. The sauce also compliments the burger really well; it doesn't dominate the whole dish. The veggies and other things are so-so, nothing special. I tried BaraLux and BaraJames and I love them both.

Definitely will come back for them!

The service was slow due to shortage of employee (?). There was only one employee who handled all stations including cashier when I visited. But she was really polite and quick.

So I was craving for a burger and was browsing options on a green app. BarBurger popped up and their selection+price seemed too good to be true. Ordered a doublecheesburger and some crisscut fries. The crisscut fries turned out to be regular fries, but the main event, the burger, ohh damnn was that delicious! I am now a fan because good burger is hard to find.
