Food was great, but too bad the service is terrible, banger & mash is delight, pork sausage is good and moist, pork schnitzel portion is very big, breaded and top with ham, very delicious, the one thing we dont like is the waitress attidude, the moment we first came she gave us a judgement face, and we given table which is very small, suitable only for drinking and we ask for bigger table because we want have dinner but she said fully booked, and the place is empty at that time ! We came because of zomato gold buy 1 get 1 food, and the moment we asked for zomato gold promotion, she was rolling her eyes and give a bad attitude, like we only looking for promotion and we can not afford to dine there without the promo, then why u put a promotion on zomato if you not like it ? Then we asked for wifi, she's just said the wifi is error and doesn't even give us the passkey, with the rolling eyes and unfriendly face, she doesn't even repeat our order and never say thank you. The moment she's serve our foods, the table is too small and she's sound angry and said "Tsk!" Bad service and attitude to customers. I took out plain water to drink while waiting for almost half an hour for the food and one guy who looks like a fierce security guy swiftly came over to our table to warn me sternly that no food and drink allowed. He even wanted to confiscate my water bottle. I was shocked because I have dine in high end restaurant and bars and no establishment had ever forbidden plain water. Are they expecting customer who need to take medicine with a beer ? Even if they do forbid, the attitude of the guy is so demeaning and degrading to customer.
