Got a few items off their menu for lunch. The restaurant was empty at the time. The sandwich was good. The fried chicken was good. But the wedges were undercooked. You get that raw potato bite when you eat it. So, i told the girl at the counter about it. She called the cooks and explained the situation. The shorter cook got defensive and said that that is just how wedges are. I refuted his claim and asked him to just cook it a little longer. He refused and said that he just followed the timer. I asked him that if the fried chicken was not completely cooked through even if he did cook it according to the timer, would he still just eat the uncooked chicken or would he cook it a few minutes more to get it right? He did not answer. The taller cook said that he would redo the wedges. That was all that i was asking for. The wedges came out better the second time. The shorter cook needs to improve his cooking skills… and customer service. Overall, food could be improved, service could be improved, but...

Their burger made with love 😍,I recently had lunch at Count Three Burger and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The restaurant had a cozy ambiance with friendly staff. The menu offered a variety of burger options to suit every taste. I tried their Crispy chicken burger , french fries, and lemonade juice it was delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked with a juicy patty, crispy chicken, and melted cheese. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident. The restaurant also had a wide range of sides and extras available. The service was outstanding, with knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Jadi ini kunjungan pertama gue ke sebuah tempat yang konsepnya semacam social hub yang isinya banyak tenant lokal gini. Nah gie makan di Count Three ini karena tempatnya chill, nyaman buat ngobrol-ngobrol dan tenang mungkin karena ya di bagian belakang pos bloc kali ya.

Lalu, gue pesen Grilled Chicken with Biscuit (paketan sama teh gitu 65 ribu) dan buat dessertnya gue pesen gelato yang cup kecil (harganya 40rb dapet 2 scoop rasa)

Nah gue cukup impressed nih sama Biscuit mereka, karena jarang ada resto yang jual sandwich tapi pake biscuit. Selain itu emang rasa dan teksturnya berpadu: ada saus original CT, tomat, sliced grilled chicken yang smoky, plus tekstur biscuit itu sendiri yang renyah dan airy. Rasa sih jangan ditanya, udah pasti flavor bomb apalagi pas dimakan sama potato wedgesnya. Oiya, jadi paket gue tuh dapet 2 saus. Pertama buat saus di sandwichnya. Terus saus dipping buat potato wedgesnya. Satu lagi nih: tekstur potato wedgesnya tanpa dicelup saus aja udah crispy di luar dan udah ada seasoning gitu jadi udah punya ada rasanya, tambahin deh tuh pake saus yang bisa kita pilih.

Lalu, buat es krimnya gue pilih 1 scoop rasa papuan vanilla bean sama 1 scoop rasa coffee. Scoop vanillanya creamy and thick to the point gue bisa balikin tapi kaga tumpeh, "ngiket" banget gitu lah yang thick and chewy tapi rasa emang vanillanya agak tipis gitu, semoga nanti bisa dibikin lebih delightful ya. Es krim rasa kopinya juga mantep, berasa intense kopinya jadi bukan tipikal gelato rasa kopi yang lucu-lucu gitu tapi beneran serius.

Untuk tempat yang baru gue coba, gue berhasil dapet banyak hal yang menyenangkan dari tempat ini. Harapan gue next datang udah ada wifi juga jadi bisa makin...
