In Hay Thien you can find unique way to eat you hot pot, firstly choose your preferences ingredients for your hotpot, restaurant staff will help you to cooked your hotpot and served the hotpot in their signature oil (i don't know the oil but it's seasoned so make your hot pot more tasty). As the first timer, the menu is kinda confusing. The waiters literally passively waiting without try and recommending something. Worse place ever for service. We were the first to get here for lunch. We kept asking where’s our food. The kids were hungry. An hour later all other tables are eating and we got drip feed of small plates. Can’t even get our fried rice and had to ask 3x for our tea!
