Jinbe Ramen has quickly become my go-to place for delicious ramen. While it might not be as famous as some other establishments, it's a hidden gem that offers fantastic value for money. One of the things that stands out is the generous portion of meat included in the ramen. Despite the affordable price, they don't skimp on the quantity or quality of meat, which is a great plus.

The ramen here for me was okay. I ordered the Tantanmen Ramen with Pork toppings. The broth I think doesn't have enough umami, the taste was not quite rich enough as other establishment, when I ate I only taste saltness, a tad of umami, and a little bit sweetness, I don't know wether I am coming in a bad day or it is what it is. Maybe they didn't use tare or something?

The pork is cooked well but tasted plain. I think regular pork in ramen shops should at least has soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar seasoning when boiled or roasted.

The noodle is not too thin. The general noodle for thick soup should be thin, it is a general thing to expect in ramen shop. It has a chewy texture which I am still okay...

Worth to try ramen in Kelapa Gading. Today i order: Tantanmen: you can choose the meat here (chicken, beef, or pork). Me, ofc i choose pork. And the pork meat is tender. I also love the soup. So rich of flavor and quite thick. And the noodlee for me its also okay. Pork satay: nice Companion with the ramen Gyoza: the gyoza is so so. I smell something different with other gyoza in the other japanese restaurant. I think they're using celery in the gyoza? Or somethint, but i prefer gyoza in other japanese restaurant.

Overall, the price is quite cheap for ramen. The place is cozy. So yea...
