One of the healthy options to dine in Mal Kelapa Gading food court. This outlet serves various kinds of teppanyaki prepared in relatively short period of time. There are beef, chicken and seafood options stirred in sweet & savory teppanyaki sauce.
My go-to dish at this outlet is sliced beef teppanyaki. The dish was served almost as fast as getting your order at the usual fast food restaurants, but was a lot healthier because none was deep-fried. The sliced beef was a bit chewy but still in good quality.
Each menu set comes with sautéed bean sprouts, cabbage and silk tofu. They were served with a bowl of refreshing miso soup and steamed rice. The portion was quite generous as it usually satisfied normal adults.
The price is reasonable and the food quality is worth the money you pay. Again, this place is recommended for people who look for healthier alternatives...
