Kwetiau Sapi Akhiang79 — Restaurant in Jakarta

I recently tried the Kwetiau Sapi Goreng from Kwetiau Sapi Akhiang 79, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The portion size was generous, and the dish contained a good amount of sliced beef, fresh bean sprouts, and green vegetables, all stir-fried with flat rice noodles in a savory, well-balanced sauce.

The beef was tender, and the seasoning had a rich, slightly smoky flavor, which I appreciated. The noodles were cooked perfectly—not too soft nor too chewy. However, for those who prefer spicier food, it might need an extra kick from additional chili sauce or sambal.

The packaging was neat and secure, keeping the food warm and fresh. The branding on the box clearly indicated that the food contained no pork and no lard, making it a great option for those who prefer halal-friendly meals.

One small downside was that the dish was slightly oily, but that is expected from stir-fried kwetiau. Overall, it's a great choice for kwetiau lovers looking for a hearty, flavorful meal. Would definitely order...

Meatball Soup This visit I remembered not to add garlic oil in the Meatball soup, taste better

Kwetiau Goreng and Kwetiau Siram Requested to cook will less oil and in taste really good. Strong smokey taste ot the kwetiau.

Kwetiau Goreng 8/10 request adding extra 1 egg, and the kwetiau didn't stick together like the last visit, taste better than last visit.

Mix Meatball soup 7/10 since they're bakso gepeng out of stock, they change to a round meatball but they say is the same thing, only their shape is different. But this time I prefer their bakso urat.

Kwetiau Siram 9/10 tasty and texture just nice for me. Kwetiau Goreng 6/10 fragrant is there, but the kwetiau stick together. Mix Meatball souo 7/10 prefer bakso gepeng than bakso urat.

During my visit, I was ordering Beef Kwetiau Bun, Fried Seafood Bihun and Beef Fried Rice (as per picture below) and for me their Kwetiau Bun is one the best in town while for the rest was quite average for me but again this is a Kwetiau place anyway 😁. I came to this Kwetiau place arround 6pm and it's not too crowded, quite clean and the waiters also very nice and can give recommendation so I had a good experience there (I heard that this place will be full of people at night so if you come during you might have a slightly different...
