Nasi Goreng Kebuli Apjay Pak Ivan Panglima Polim IX — Restaurant in Jakarta

Tastewise definitely is the best so far for "kebuli" fried rice, which is a local Indonesian version of Indian style biryani fried rice, with local Arab Indonesian influence. They use their own ground secret masala mix that has quite strong nutmeg and corriander taste, followed with peppery aftertaste. Mutton chunks were relatively small but better in proportion compared to another famous vendor selling similar item.

Rice was properly fried and charred slightly that gave the smoky flavour for the entire dish.

Everything was good EXCEPT THE IMPOLITE service by the young boy on the cashier. He need some basic education from his parents on proper mannerism towards elderly. AND THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PLACE WAS WAY BELOW STANDARD. its a street side stall but it doesnt mean cleanliness is not important. Now, Indons like to make jokes about how dirty India's street food can be. But there in this stall you can see scattered rubbish on the cooking area floor and varieties of rats that freely wander around there, from the smallest to the gigantic size ones. Watchout!

I knew this place since 2016 but never had a chance to stop by. Then last week i went through down the area and got hungry at around about 10 pm, we googling and want to eat fried rice. Then touch down this apjay. The place has no sign of apjay just see by maps. Apjay is 1 area with mini market. Place is not clean but ok la street food. Many people eat here and take away. I like it. The taste is more delicious than the other brand. Will come back here again but after eat my throat feels oily and need to throw...

The taste was good the food was delicious I liked it the place is really crowded because it is famous for its special nasi goreng ( fried rice ) one of the most famous traditional food in Indonesia But anyway The place is really dirty in the worst you ever there is no facilities just two tables one big and one small The small is broken and they keep use it since I visited the place more than two years ago I sat on the same table and It was suffering from the same problem !! But you can't ignore how good...
