Hi SBUX! I'm actually glad that you guys are doing well. In fact, a little too well in this location. Which makes it super annoying as it will take me 20-30mins to get my daily cup of morning/afternoon coffee whenever you have the Buy One Get One promotion.

I understand that you guys want to give out great deals to your customers but perhaps you can renovate the unit and make it bigger and more effective. I actually felt bad for your team member and baristas as they went non-stop making hundreds upon hundreds cups of coffee. Perhaps the team in this outlet deserve a raise.

Now, there are spaces right in front of the counter. Perhaps you can make re-layout the unit and make it more streamlines.

My go to coffee maybe 3/5 a week. I never complaint before even though the waiting time is too long sometimes, but it is due to lots of customers coming in.

However, I'm giving 2 stars rating just because of the female manager (black apron) is NOT friendly, at all.

I love my coffee sweet so I never asked for less sugar. This morning I had a headache and feels like my coffee is too sweet and asked the barista to add the milk. And then she said "kemanisan tapi gak request less sweet". Now I have a headache and bad mood, thanks to her. To add, I never seen her smile even once when she works there. Mumpung ingat, share kejadian ini sekitar 10 tahun 6 bulanan yang lalu. Saat itu saya masih kerja di bank itu, Business banking director ingin discuss potensi bisnis dengan calon debitur. Karena masih menunggu beliau, Head of BB, Area Mgr, BM, TB head mengajak cadeb ngopi disini. Karena saya Senior AO, jabatan terendah disitu, otomatis saya melayani para boss. Ada aja permintaan mereka, kopi yang rada berat, non kopi, frappe non gula, rasa fruit, dsb. Karena saya memang sangat jarang sekali ngopi dibrand ini, saya ga ngerti, saya ajukan saja catatan saya ke yang melayani, lalu dia tertawa-tawa, saya diamkan saja. Selesai semua, bayar, lalu pelayan tadi sambil tersenyum menghina (bibir tersungging ke samping, seperti disinetron, wkwkwk), tanya ke mba dibelakang saya, "yang biasa mba?" Dijawab, "iya, yang biasa" lalu mereka tertawa bersama. Walau besar di Jakarta, Saya memang saat itu dinas di kota yang tiada brand ini beberapa tahun. Seyogyanya, brand terkenal begini, jaga attitude lah pelayan nya, masa' begitu? Saya saja kalau ada pertanyaan yang mungkin "kurang bermutu" dari cadeb, ga saya tertawakan begitu.
