When I say best, its best. Well let say one of the best Union Group of all others cause the place have way wider space to walk unlike the other Union Group Outlets not to mentions but the concept are quite more similar with the other Roma.
The Service, again Union Group have their own specialty for service, especially the Bartender, we came around at 22:59 well technically almost the last order on beverage and the kitchen, but they still serve us well and suggest the exact cocktail what we like as we described. Shoutout to Dede, Dika, and Eja from the Bar they're really entertaining and also have a great vibes, great discussion, and great service values. All the best for you guys. Also not forgot to mention for the hostess/greeter that can gives us a space for sittin in the bar area and still welcoming us event though we came at around closing time.
The F&B, well again it's Union Group anyways, there are no doubt about the F&B, starting from the Cocktail, with a well presentation, well maintained, well made, and fast serving. Not trynna mention any foodies cz the kitchen already close order by the time we arrived. The Bartender are quite good on making drinks also support by a good house pouring. I was expecting for a Bramble but they cant do cz of the ingredients. Taste wise from the signature between Strawberry Calamansi and Spice Route and totally perfection.
The Vibes, not gonna lie the vibes here are quite interesting, the music are really good and also match the vibes. Nothing more to mention about the atmosphere here, yet still the Top Notch is Roma or TCC. we'll check on the newest outlets which is Modern House, and see how's the...
Read moreSuper poor service, we reserved table for approx. 6-7 pax (because we wait for other confirmation to join/not), they said no min order, no info at all or reminder about minimum order of certain pax. Once we got there we reconfirmed the pax are 8 (judge yourself how many percent increase from 6-7 to 8??) and they suddenly inform there will be minimum charge which way too much, so we asked to split the table, because we're only wants to enjoy what they said good pizza (ps: we came 4pm and anyway We just had incredible lunch from the 5 STARS hotel next to their building) but what we got in this ROMA OSTERIA is DISCRIMINATION and POOR SERVICE sadly from the WAITERS and WAITRESSES.. they treated us differently even compared to the seats beside us (same family of 7 or 8).. i dont know, maybe because we ordered not in their minimum?? Because from other aspects, nothings wrong with us: having health protocols, wear mask (sometimes off when we take 2-3 second picture) chit chat laugh, eat and PAY which also not a small money
We ordered baby chair and it neever came, meanwhile the baby next to us have had comfortly enjoyed her chair delivered by the waiter, until my old father took it himself, next issue is the waiter always help took every photo of guests (is it new things take picture in restaurant, hence hey restaurant, you should be grateful get free endorse) but while we ask for help, they ignore 5 times even runaway, its pathetic! Thanks for making every other guests look bad to us.

Read moreI go here way too often, around every other week, and for good reason. I've brought so many friends and family here, and whenever I have a friend visiting I always recommend this place. I've tried every single pizza in their menu, and a couple of their pastas. You can't go wrong with any of their pizzas, though my favorite is definitely the one with pork cheek slices. I think the prices they are charging for their food is just right (though the prices of their drinks are something else entirely), considering the ingredients they are using. You can really taste the quality of the cheese they use. Their welcome bread is also always excellent, crispy and fresh. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with anything they serve here out of my dozens of visits, except the one time when the welcome bread was a bit stale. The place is well designed, with great ambience, though it gets a bit loud. The smoking area is indoors while non smoking is outdoors. Even though I don't smoke, I sometimes prefer being seated indoors since the sofas are more comfortable than the chairs outside, and I haven't observed anyone smoking tobacco anyways so it doesn't smell. Another plus of this place is that since they have a lot of seats, even on Friday/Saturday nights they usually have a seat available for two. Since I usually go here last minute that's always appreciated, unlike some of my other favorite restaurants like Pierre or Furusato which practically require reservations from at least...
